Trans-Identified Male Daycare Worker Escapes Prison Time After Pleading Guilty to Sexually Abusing a Baby

Trans-Identified Male Daycare Worker Escapes Prison Time After Pleading Guilty to Sexually Abusing a Baby

If Mark “Maria” Childers follows the conditions given to him during these six months, the charges will disappear from his criminal record.

Mark “Maria” Childers won’t get any prison time thanks to a plea deal he took after facing charges of sexual abuse against a baby, according to REDUXX.

***I will update this post if more information comes out.

I did NOT include the details. You can click on the link to read the complaint, but I refuse to repeat it. Someone needs to investigate the daycare:

As previously reported by Reduxx, Childers was arrested in February of 2023 after the Department of Community Based Services (DCBS) received an anonymous tip detailing an alleged incident of abuse that had occurred in November of 2022 at Explore Learning Academy. The tip, reportedly written by one of Childers’ co-workers, accused him of making inappropriate comments towards an infant while changing the child’s diaper, and touching the baby inappropriately.

Reduxx has now obtained court records detailing the full complaint against Childers, which showed that he was accused of both physical and sexual abuse while employed at the daycare.

Following the receipt of the initial anonymous complaint, a DCBS case worker and a police officer from the Paducah Police Department went to the daycare on February 8, 2023, to interview witnesses. After speaking to a number of staff, they were able to corroborate the anonymous report.

Childers faced “one count of first-degree sexual abuse of a victim under 12 and three counts of first-degree criminal abuse of a child under 12.”

Childers hired trans activist lawyer Madison Leach.

Leach managed to get the court to reduce Childers’ bond to $5,000 from $100,000.

The court said Childers could not have any contact with children and stay away from the daycare that employed him.

Childers originally received a 12-month penalty. Judge Joseph Roark withheld the sentence. He “imposed a conditional discharge for 6 months.”

If Childers follows the conditions given to him during these six months, the charges will disappear from his criminal record.

The charges will disappear??!! So no one will know he wants to babysit kids and abuse them?!?!

I believe in compassion for transsexuals, but this is WAY TOO FAR.

http://www.MaleSurvivor.org has resources to help those sexually abused.

Yes, I also believe in compassion for all mentally ill people. But you don’t ‘affirm’ their illness… why YES! You are an eagle… fly off the roof!!… and you sure as hell don’t let trannies anywhere near children.

Wake the f*ck up people. Wake the f*ck up.

I have increasing difficult time having compassion for Trans. I do not think they are harmless.

Is this how we deal with convicted child molesters, or is this special dispensation because “trans.”

I’m not clear which to be appalled about. Imma go with both.

Charges will disappear? Wut? I know we’re living in an absolutely insane time in American history. But, this is the craziest true crime blurb I think I’ve ever read…easily. The disease this freak has is INCURABLE. He cannot be treated much less cured. It’s not a question of if he’ll re-offend. It’s a question of how often he’ll re-offend.

I think that a mandatory sentence of 15 minutes in a closed room should be enough for a child molester. The room needs to be soundproof. It also needs the father and any uncles of the molested child in the room. What happens in that room stays in that room.

I suspect this won’t be the last we hear from those associated with this case.

How does that lawyer sleep at night?

Look at this scum’s face — pure, unrepentant evil; enabled by the vile Dhimmi-crats.

Turn this guy into the next Willie Horton, featured in every single advertisement produced by GOP candidates — along with the illegal alien thug who assaulted NYPD cops and then gave the city two middle fingers, after predictably being released after processing.

Frankly, I don’t see how anyone outside the county itself is going to make a lot of partisan political capital over this. No apparent Soros prosecutor or any other national-level controversial partisan figure is involved. The closest thing to any of that is the lawyer, who was running for county attorney last year and got his butt kicked by the incumbent Republican.

In a civilized society, you do not protect child rapists.

I’m not going to read the complaint but before people start calling for the death penalty for this mentally ill pervert I’d rather know exactly what happened outside of the hysterics. If it was extremely bad then hang him by his testicles and lower him into a pit of vipers.

When another worker confronted him about how he was wiping a female baby too hard and might hurt her her ubbed the genitals of the baby and claimed she liked it.

I think there are other complaints, too.

Who hires such a person, especially for a daycare?!

Next Bud Light spokesperson?

Honestly, I don’t have anything to add. Everyone else has said it.
I weep for all that will be harmed by our current insanity.

OK, one more thing: vigilantism will occur on these crimes, and it becomes more and more unlikely that any jury will convict the vigilantes.

Do daycare centers aren’t allowed to screen in the hiring process with delusional trannies, because DEI?

Boy, I am so glad I stayed home with my kids and never sent them to daycare.

There was a politician here in the 70’s and 80’s who had the best idea for child molesters I have ever heard.

“Just take them to the Neighborhood of the child and handcuff them to a light pole at around 6PM. Then come back in the morning and collect the handcuffs.”

I don’t understand how it’s possible that this will be erased after six months. Shouldn’t he be on the sexual offenders registry and in prison? This guy is a bonafide pedophile, he’s not just mentally ill. He’s wired wrong and isn’t ever going to be right. There’s only one fix for this and yet we hesitate.

Two more comments: (1) This guy is so sick, he tells other workers what he is doing while he is molesting a child. (2) God bless the coworker who turned him in and helped with the case thru trial.

1. I worked as a correctional officer /sgt for 10 years at a close custody prison. if he went to any prison anywhere in the US he would be killed. so he would be in what’s called protective custody . basically solitary for the time that he got.
and your right … he is wired wrong
so to protect children he would have to be locked up for life.
my LT. had a solution for folks like this including all those who rape.
take a large stump. build a small shed around it.. take the prisoner place him in shed … nail his nutsack to stump.. give him a dull rusty razor blade and set shed on fire.
I will donate the wood for the shed.

“Frontier Justice”, coming soon to towns across America. Gosh I hope so.

“Transgender” is a MENTAL ILLNESS.

He is a pos and deserves the deepest cell in Sing Sing with Bubba The Rapist. At least as responsible are the parents or parent that saw the tranny in that place and still dropped off the kid.

The idiots in black robes strike again! The charges will disappear? No sex offender registry? The only place this filth should be release is the cemetery—easy to keep track of him there.

I would be very happy to serve as the one-man firing squad, but hope someone nearer to McKracken County, Kentucky will beat me to it.
