Israeli Parliament Votes Against ‘Unilateral Recognition of a Palestinian State’

“Israel will continue to oppose unilateral recognition of a Palestinian state. Such recognition following the massacre of the 7th of October will give a huge reward to terrorism that was like no other and will prevent any future settlement for peace.”

The Israeli parliament, Knesset, voted against recognizing a Palestinian state.

Good for them. The Palestinians and anti-Israel dumbs don’t want a separate state. They want to destroy Israel and eliminate all Jews.

From i24News:

The declaratory statement, regarding “international dictates regarding a permanent settlement with the Palestinians and the establishment of a Palestinian state,” had been proposed by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

The full text approved by the parliamentary vote stated, “Israel outright rejects international dictates regarding a permanent settlement with the Palestinians. The settlement, to the extent that it is reached, will be solely through direct negotiations between the parties, without preconditions.”

“Israel will continue to oppose unilateral recognition of a Palestinian state. Such recognition following the massacre of the 7th of October will give a huge reward to terrorism that was like no other and will prevent any future settlement for peace,” it concluded.

The West has continuously pressured a two-state solution…in other words, pressuring Israel to cave and give the Palestinians a state.

It’s disgusting, especially since, as I said above, the other side only wants one state without Israel.

The sad thing is that Pales could have lived in peace and prospered with Israel. Thye could have had fewer children and seen them prosper, and grandchildren prosper. Instead they collectively poisoned all their minds. Today, NO ONE wants them in their backyard.

It’s absolutely insane for anyone to expect Israel to reward the terrorist act on October 7th by giving the terrorists a state.

Who are the 21?

The other side “wants” the two state to be able to say that they were able to force Israel to submit. It’s a 5 minute distraction and a stepping stone to a terrorist coup once installed.

They won’t need a terrorist coup. The legitimate government of any state that is established will be terrorists. That state will be dedicated entirely to planning Israel’s destruction. That has been obvious ever since they started demanding a state.

You can already see the headlines printed by the vile, European leftist dhimmi, and, American Dhimmi-crat press, now, unfairly slandering Israeli Jews — as opposed to genocidal, goose-stepping, Jew-hating Muslim supremacists, fanatics, terrorists and Islamofascists of the Arab Muslim, Fakestinian variety — as the alleged “obstacle” to the “peace process.”

Good for them but sad to see that they are mostly standing alone against Islamic and Globalist attempts to complete the “Final Solution”.

that is just it – Israel never stands alone. Not if they are honoring their covenant with God, and this Israel seems to be trying (as opposed to the Israel after Solomon)

Deut 3:22 Ye shall not fear them: for the Lord your God he shall fight for you.

Isaiah 54: 17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn.

    Deut 1:30 The Lord your God which goeth before you, he shall fight for you, according to all that he did for you in Egypt before your eyes;

and more. My favorite is the story of Gideon… I believe that God will protect His ancient covenant people.

This is pretty meaningless. Of course the Knesset is against other countries unilaterally recognizing such a state, but it’s not Israel that’s at risk of doing so; it’s other countries, including the USA, and the Knesset can’t make laws for them. So it’s just a condemnation, which no other country, including the USA, gives a **** about.

I would have proposed legislation that the declaration of such a state shall be deemed an act of war, and the IDF shall use all necessary force to prevent it, and that recognition of such a state by any country shall be deemed a hostile act and result in immediate withdrawal of diplomatic relations and the imposition of economic and other sanctions.

It shows that the country is united on this, and that the American and liberal fantasy of ousting Bibi, and replacing him with some other leader, would make Israel more pliable to committing suicide.

Of course they voted against it.

I think the bigger story here is that 21 out of 120 voted FOR it.

Considering some are actually Arab representation from Palestine I’m not surprised but the number is a little high.

Not from “Palestine”. The Arabs in the Knesset are mostly elected by Arab citizens of Israel. The Arab residents of the “territories” are not Israeli citizens and can’t vote. There are also a handful of Arab members of other parties, not limited to the left. Even the martyred Meir Kahane put an Arab on his Knesset list, just to tweak those who called him a racist.

Any Israeli prime minister who agrees to a two state solution will be removed immediately by the Knesset.

Any Palestinian leader who agrees to a two state solution will be murdered immediately by his bodyguards.

A two-state solution is not happening.

The amusing part is there is not a Islamic nation across the world that will take Palestinians in any sort of large group as having Palestinians in large numbers is the equivalent of having a large sec 8 housing complex open in your neighborhood

Israel to ICJ, UN resolutions, Egypt, Jordan, Proclamations from the EU, Saudi hints, Irani threats, talkings to by Blinkin Blinken: “You and what army?

Also: “Oh, you’re bringing an army? Be with you in a minute, after we’re done with these guys.”

I have never before seen Israel so unified, focused, and determined. Hamas screwed up. They say: “A conservative is a liberal who got mugged by reality.” Hamas hit the usual dissenters: peacenik, co-op kibbutzniks, and over-intellectual easy life ravers. Israel now is Israel before who got mugged by the memo: “(They — ed) can’t be bargained with. (They — ed) can’t be reasoned with. (They don’t — ed) feel pity, or remorse, or fear! And (they — ed) absolutely will not stop, ever, until you are dead!

The only “two-state solution” the United States should be promoting involves the official recognition of Taiwan.

The so-called “Palestinians” do not deserve any more land, especially land taken from Israel.
