If there’s one thing the Democrats hate more than Donald Trump, it’s transparency, and we know this because they always try to hide their true goals and agenda. They know they can’t win on their un-, even anti-American ideas, so they lie and try to bury their agenda far from view (if parents or citizens do catch on, they are immediately deemed “terrorists” for rejecting racist, divisive, and destructive Democrat policies).
In fact, so afraid of parents knowing what is going on in their children’s classrooms, a California school district that blew $250,000 on racist, anti-American, anti-Israel “woke kindergarten” materials has now suspended the teacher who simply tried to shine a light on their hidden curriculum.
A curriculum created by this person and infused with all its racism, self-loathing, and genocidal influences.

The East Bay teacher who publicly questioned spending $250,000 on an anti-racist teaching training program was placed on administrative leave Thursday, days after he shared his concerns over Woke Kindergarten in the Chronicle.
Hayward Unified School District teacher Tiger Craven-Neeley said district officials summoned him to a video conference Thursday afternoon and instructed him to turn in his keys and laptop and not return to his classroom at Glassbrook Elementary until further notice.
They did not give any specifics as to why he was placed on paid leave, other than to say it was over “allegations of unprofessional conduct,” Craven-Neeley said.
District officials declined to comment on his status or any allegations, saying it was a personnel matter.
The suspension came less than a day after a divisive staff meeting at the school, which included conversations about the Woke Kindergarten program, the media coverage of it and Craven-Neeley’s participation in the media coverage.
. . . . Efforts to reach the organization were not successful, with an automated response saying the founder, Akiea “Ki” Gross, who identifies as they/them, was recovering from surgery.
It appeared Gross posted recently on social media, saying, “Yes, everyone, the rumors are true. … I am 100%, ten toes down anti-Israel. I believe Israel has no right to exist. I believe the United States has no rights to exist,” they said in the video posted on Instagram, a previously public account that is now private. “I believe every settler colony that has committed genocide against native peoples, against indigenous people has no right to exist.
It’s no surprise then, that this person’s indoctrination program reflects its worldview.

That any American school district, even one in California, would pay a dime (let alone a quarter million taxpayer dollars) on the hateful, anti-American ramblings of this person to then teach to kindergarten kids in public schools absolutely shocks the conscience.
That this said school district then turns around and punishes the teacher who let their perfidy be known is further proof that they know exactly what they were doing, that they intend to poison these little children’s minds and to create anti-American “activists” rather than to educate on academic subjects (their sole reason for existing). This is unacceptable.

Wouldn’t the teacher require suspension orders in writing? Otherwise district officials could simply deny giving a verbal suspension and claim absence as grounds to sack.
Then the teacher should walk into the school and begin teaching. He won’t be able to. because the school took his IDs and privileges away.
How can they deny this? If they do, then he should be able to immediately go to class and resume teaching.
He needs to make a big media stink, then sue the school.

That’s what’s surely going to happen. But, the school administrators don’t care because it’s not their money.
Maybe but maybe not. If the school officials violated district/State policy in the manner they suspended this employee they just might be held individually liable. The district can (should) throw the administrators who violated policy under the bus if they didn’t act in accordance with district policy and make the case that these are rogue administrators.
Keep in mind we’re talking about California and the Nutty 9th Circuit. A couple years ago, there was a (somewhat) similar case to this one. In the earlier case, a school vendor alleged that the school retaliated against him for his political beliefs. The District Court and the 9th Circuit held that the school board did in fact violate the 1A rights of the vendor by retaliation. BUT, the 9th Circuit held that school board still enjoyed the protection of qualified immunity…because of course they did.

Progressives only have some limited appetite to strip government agencies and their employees if they’re law enforcement agencies. They refuse to hold school bureaucracies and teachers financially accountable.

So the Hayward school district is giving a lot of money to a person who says the USA (and by extension, the State of California and the school district) have no right to exist. A little hard to follow their logic.
All the kids in those schools are failing. 80% students can’t pass standardize tests. Its epic fail. So they are scapegoating white people.
The leftists’ attacks on our country, our way of life, our values and indeed all of western civilization remind me of Star Trek Beyond, where the enemy attacks with a swarm of thousands of little robot kamikaze type ships, there are so many that defense is impossible. The leftists are attacking everything at once, everywhere, and our only defense is our antiquated, impossibly slow and completely outmatched legal system. They know that they can do things that would most likely be shot down in court, but they also know that no more than 5% of what they do will ever be challenged, so 95% of the damage they inflict just continues unabated.
It is far past the time to reason with these demented tyrants. It will take good men to get in the gutter with the left and perform some bad actions. I’m so distrustful of the future that I am willing to risk my life if it comes to such a confrontation.

For the laughably uninformed down-voting the above comment, here’s a news article from December of 2023 about the Oklahoma State Board of Education having to issue an emergency order to STOP local school districts from ‘changing student gender records.’ Why did the state board of education have to issue that order? Because local districts were in fact changing ‘gender records’ of students and in some cases, doing it without parental consent…IN OKLAHOMA.

Exactly right. Here in Boise IDAHO, of all places, a jr. high math teacher was loaning out the book Gender Queer to 12 yr olds. The “good” news is the district told the teacher to stop, the bad news is the teacher faces no consequences whatsoever. The cops won’t do anything either even though it’s likely a criminal violation of state law against porn to children, nor will the local DA do anything. Local media here is a joke, and mostly left as well. I only know of this because I know the parents. Keep repeating what you said, “there are no conservative public school systems”.
One part of the problem is the influence of education system on rural America. Lots of otherwise quite conservative folks are married to the local teachers, literally.
Many Attorneys, Physicians, CPA, Judges, small business owners in rural areas and small towns married a teacher. Tough to take on education system as evil when you sleep next to one of them. That is, IMO, one of the hurdles school choice efforts face in these communities, that and their own schools still function b/c there isn’t much if any alternative locally.
