Ex-Biden Energy Official Sam Brinton A Free Man Despite Facing Charges for Allegedly Stealing Luggage

Sam Brinton avoided prison time in the Minneapolis and Las Vegas cases.

Sam Brinton, the non-binary former Biden Energy official, ended the year as a free man even though he faces charges for allegedly stealing luggage.

Brinton did not receive prison time in luggage stealing cases in Minneapolis and Las Vegas.

The Las Vegas judge gave Brinton a 180-day suspended jail sentence. He had to pay the victim $3,671 and $500 in other fees.

Brinton traveled to Las Vegas on a secret tax-payer-funded trip.

In Minneapolis, Brinton has to undergo an adult diversion program involving a mental health evaluation. He must also give the victim an apology letter and return any stolen property.

Brinton still faces charges in a third case:

Then, in February 2023, following reports of those two cases, a female Tanzanian fashion designer based in Houston told Fox News Digital that some articles of clothing Brinton had been photographed wearing were in her luggage that she reported missing in Washington, D.C., in 2018.

“I saw the images. Those were my custom designs, which were lost in that bag in 2018,” she told Fox News Digital in an interview. “He wore my clothes, which was stolen.”

Months later, in May, Brinton was arrested by Maryland and Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority police officers related to Khamsin’s allegations. Khamsin’s lawyer later confirmed to Fox News Digital that police who executed a search warrant at Brinton’s home discovered Khamsin’s missing clothes and returned them to the designer.

Proceedings in that case have been delayed multiple times, and the next hearing is scheduled for March 2024, according to court filings reviewed by Fox News Digital. Khamsin also filed a lawsuit against Brinton.

How many of us regular people would be afforded this luxury, especially if we have a history of stealing?

It’s good to have multi-minority status even if white.

Just like another high crime minority, Sam Brinton is a habitual criminal, he will back to court in short order.

“Hey!” said the judge after the proceedings, “where’s my gavel?”

Anyone surprised? Buehler? Buehler? Buehler . . . ?

No one could be surprised by this with our 2 tier justice system

I guess some of the J6 defendants should have worn dresses to their sentencing. Worth a try at least.

Per Scott Adams today: Brinton will have a lot of problems with future relationships. Why? Too much baggage. (rimshot)

I thought that he was in this new horrible looking sitcom “Extended Family” about some sap getting cucked by his ex.

Nowadays? Most of us would. Especially if it’s in a county with a DA who has a policy of going easy on crime, and/or judges with such a policy.

And in the Minneapolis case he had no such history. In the Vegas case he only had one prior offense. When the DC case comes up he’ll have two priors. But it’s DC so that may not count for all that much, and the same would be true for any of us.

I expected nothing else.

Could you please stop putting that guy’s picture up? It’s truly repulsive.

Sam Brinton is an example of the outcome when the rod was always spared. To be fare to his parents, some children turn out to be bad seeds.

He/She/It is a client of the State, multiple protected classes, and a former Leftist Federal official. He is functionally immune from the law in almost all cases. It is what it is.

“Sam Brinton A Free Man”
How dare you assume his gender!
The proper expression this week is “A Stray Dog.”

Is there anything in this galaxy as stomach-churning as Sam Brinkman’s “come hither” expression?

Its not like he walked through a door held open for him by the Capital Police, to take a few selfies.

Sam the Bag man

Free man? No. Free mental patient, yes.

Repeated posting fails to make that photo less nauseating.

I’m betting the only reason the Biden administration cut him loose was because he has no hair to sniff.

Add a wig and we could combine this with the U. Delaware Taylor Swift posting. Its got the lipstick part down.

“Brinton has to undergo an adult diversion program involving a mental health evaluation.”

Should we take seriously any conclusion other than ‘this guy is batsh!t crazy’?…but still responsible for his material crimes?

There is a crapload of existing, historical video evidence to bring to this evaluation. Of course, somebody will declare it inadmissible.

From appearances, Briton identifies as a light bulb, pronouns being “screw” and “you.”
