Biden Border Crisis: Mexico Releases List of Unattainable Goals to Help With Immigration

The demands read out like a ransom list. Why does Mexico want the U.S. to end sanctions on Venezuela and blockade on Cuba?

In other words, Mexico won’t do anything to help stem immigration to America.

Ridiculous beyond belief:

  • $20 billion for Latin America and Caribbean countries
  • Work visas for 10 million Hispanics who have worked in America for at least 10 years
  • End Venezuela sanctions
  • Stop the blockade to Cuba

It sounds like the Biden administration has no problem with the demands:

A senior Biden administration official responded to those demands in a statement to NBC News, saying [Mexican President Andrés] Lopez Obrador “has a very ambitious agenda. For some of these things, we would need Congress to act. We share the vision that we need to lift up the region.”

I also came to the conclusion because of the Secretary of State Antony Blinken and DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas meeting with Mexico last month.

The discussion included “the benefits of regularizing the situation of Hispanic migrants who have been undocumented for several years and the DACA [Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals] beneficiaries, who are a vital part of the US economy and society.”

Then there’s the Department of Justice suing Texas over the state’s new immigration law. The law doesn’t even go into effect until March.

Senate Bill 4 allows “state officials to arrest and seek the deportation of migrants who have crossed the U.S.-Mexico border without legal authorization.”

Texas passed the law because the federal government is not doing anything about immigration.

The person is correct. The majority of the people are not Mexicans. Reports have seen many people from South America and Africa.

The border patrol has estimated over 302,000 migrant encounters in December, setting an all-time monthly record.

The fiscal year 2024 began on October 1. Since then, the border patrol has encountered over 785,000.

Three months and we’re almost to a million encounters.

This comes at no surprise, with that weak pedophile we have in the white house right now Mexico does it can blackmails and get all kinds of things. That is, if the pedophile were interested in controlling the border, but he’s not.

Here’s an idea, how’s about just closing the border and leaving Mexico responsible for the illigal immigrants it’s allowed to traps across its territory?

Ironclaw in reply to mailman. | January 8, 2024 at 3:24 pm

That would be the smart thing to do, but since the government’s not run by smart people it won’t happen

ChrisPeters in reply to Ironclaw. | January 8, 2024 at 3:40 pm

It’s not that they are not smart enough to do that. They just don’t want to do that, because they have no interest in securing the border.

are you talking about “remain in Mexico”?

Eddie Baby in reply to mailman. | January 8, 2024 at 5:05 pm

The problem with that solution is that it would work. None of our “leaders” want a secure border. They are in the process of replace their feisty voters with more compliant ones.

Abbott could cause a lot of pain by closing all Texas borders

He’s weak and a coward

closing them how? they are literally open with no wall and it’s federal land.

They are open because Trump’s campaign promise to BUILD THE WALL was all bull–it.

DaveGinOly in reply to JR. | January 8, 2024 at 7:01 pm

Oh, please. If Dems wanted Trump to fail at building the wall they would have allowed him to attempt it and fail. As it was, Trump was fought tooth-and-nail in Congress and the courts to prevent him from building the wall and from controlling other travel from foreign countries (remember the ruckus over the “Muslim travel ban,” that didn’t apply to all Muslims and was only temporary hiatus)? Do you even remember “the resistance”?

        JohnSmith100 in reply to JR. | January 8, 2024 at 8:18 pm

As I recall, Trump did get a considerable amount of wall built, and did so in the face of all Dem and RINO scheming. So you either get on board to help Trump or face much more of what we have had with the likes of the Biden Syndicate 🙂

Abbott can not close Federal points of entry. It is that simple and no amount of tantrum is gonna alter it. What Abbott could do is institute State level inspections of traffic crossing from the Federal ports of entry into the rest of TX. Inspect every Semi trailer. Put every one of them on a scale. Inspect the log books and driver certifications.

He could do something similar for vehicle traffic and those who commute into border towns like El Paso to work and shop. Lots of that goes on and is perfectly legal if done correctly. Some take advantage of lax oversight. Increase oversight into vehicle registration data, work permit data and school data. For example it isn’t unusual in El Paso to see a Mexican Tag on a car dropping a child at public school. Make it a hassle by only allowing TX plates onto school parking lots.. Have cameras record the plates to compare with all other data bases. Is this person a Mexican National who owns a home in TX but is evading taxes on their vehicle by registering it in Mexico? Lots of opportunities there for that sort of thing.

That’s right, he can’t shut them down but he can clog them up and make sure that it takes hours to cross the border. And by the way that’s exactly what he should.

CommoChief in reply to Ironclaw. | January 9, 2024 at 8:40 am

Agreed. Make it difficult to be an illegal alien in the US, make them look over their shoulder always wondering it today is the day they get hemmed up, detained, arrested and quickly deported. They should never, ever feel fully comfortable, certainly not comfortable enough to risk a traffic stop much less an offense subjecting them to arrest.

henrybowman in reply to CommoChief. | January 9, 2024 at 12:30 am

I don’t think the traffic “through the official federal ports of entry” is responsible for anywhere near the number of illegals and illegal gotaways we are suffering. You won’t find these keys looking under the streetlight.

        Virginia42 in reply to henrybowman. | January 9, 2024 at 8:30 am

Yeah, most of them are just walking across the border which in most places does not constitute any sort of obstacle.

CommoChief in reply to henrybowman. | January 9, 2024 at 8:35 am

No of course not but ‘closing down the border’ would require the entire border to be shut down to crossing; including the the ports of entry.

Not only is it a pipe dream but if TX did somehow manage to do it the traffic would would West to NM, AZ and CA. Not to mention Visa over stays are a huge part of the the illegal alien problem which goes unaddressed by TX ‘closing the border’. Those over stays on Student, Work, Tourist Visas are roughly 20% ish + of those illegally present in the USA.

Miss President Trump yet?

Hmmm, met 2 Cuban nationals at a interstate stop in SC.

They’d never get away with this crap if President Trump were in charge.

Joebama just sued Texas to stop enforcing immigration laws. Plus, NGO’s are receiving millions of tax $$$ to transport these illegals across America.

We’re not voting our way out of this, folks.

The chief money-making cartel business is now refugees, not drugs. That produces a lot of resistance to closing the border at the end of the chain.

    JohnSmith100 in reply to rhhardin. | January 8, 2024 at 8:23 pm

And all that cash is ending up in Mexico, time to start punishing them. How about a hefty excise tax on money transfers?

I will stop immigration and I will get Mexico to make me pay for it! -Biden

There’s no “blockade” of Cuba. The US has Cuba under an embargo. Huge difference.

Americans simply do not understand the enormity posed by the hordes of illegals that have taken up residence in the USA. It is one of the principal factors in our decline of living standards, health care, education an dis costing the US family an average of $20,000 a year. Please pass this post along to everyone you know. It affects all of us every day of our life
Presently, it is estimated there are 50 million illegals in the US. Divide this by 700,000 and you have more than 71 seats that can be attributed to illegals. If only US citizens were counted for the apportionment of House seats there may be a shift of as much as 90 seats. I suspect that this would put the real representatives of the American people firmly in control of our nation. Illegal immigration is a national emergency. We have been invaded. Trump must declare martial law, suspend habeas corpus, imprison those who obstruct his deportation program, He must also deputize at least a million of his supporters to assist in the round up and deportation of nearly 50 million illegals and their children. It will be a massive effort.

I place a large part of the blame for this on the media. They are complicit. If the MSM began reporting the truth instead of relegating this invasion to a minor news story and showed people how this is a threat, an existential threat, perhaps things might have a chance of changing. And I mean all the media not just the shills for the Dem party.
Why can’t Americans come together in support of the country and its legal citizens? Why allow those who always talk the country down to have the final say? Why give them a platform? Why are the average citizens of all ethnicities silently watching as their country crumbles? America is not too big to fail but I believe folks think it will go on forever no matter what is done to it.

You can’t blame the Mexican government for trying to shake down dotard and crime boss, Biden — every other country that’s engaged in the same tactics has been handsomely rewarded.

The word is out that the Dhimmi-crats put the U.S.’s interests last, while granting unlimited deference and favors to governments that undermine U.S. and allied interests.
