House Expels Rep. Santos With Republicans Voting in Favor of the Resolution

The House expelled embattled Rep. George Santos (R-NY) this morning.

New York federal prosecutors charged Santos “for allegedly scamming political donors, lying to the Federal Election Commission and illegally receiving unemployment-insurance benefits.”

Santos pleaded not guilty to the 23 charges.
