Canadian Man Identifying as Female, 50, Competed Against And Shared Changing Room With Young Girls

The Toronto Sun reported this story on December 7.
A 50-year-old supposed transgender female competed against young girls and used the changing room with them at the 2023 Trojan Cup in Barrie, Ontario.
Yes. These girls, aged eight to 16, had to compete against a 50-year-old male and change in front of him.
A biological male is allowed to compete against females, and an old man can compete against young girls.
Meet Nicholas Cepeda aka Melody Wiseheart. A 50 year old man pretending to be a woman who works at York University. He researches “youth and children.” Perhaps that’s why Nicholas also likes to swim with underage girls.

Nicholas Cepeda, now known as Melody Wiseheart, “has been competing against girls since 2019.
Parents and kids are furious:
“It’s all so confusing for the kids,” said one parent. “No one is comfortable. Everybody is accepting of all people but them swimming against our kids and being in the locker room with them is not appropriate.”

“We have no idea why it is allowed,” said a parent. “We know it’s not fair to the girls who are training at their sport and some of whom are hoping for scholarships.”

Said one parent: “This is crazy. None of this adds up. There has to be a lot of explaining” to the young girls who are not ready for this and don’t understand it. The Barrie Police were called when someone saw the man go into the changeroom where girls were preparing for their races but there does not seem to have been any investigation.”

“In partnership with Swimming Canada, Swim Ontario has a robust system of policies, procedures and rules that support our member clubs in providing a competitive experience that is safe, welcoming and inclusive for all participants,” the organization said in a statement sent to the Toronto Sun.
They said they “investigated a concern related to an adult competing against swimmers aged 12-14 during a recent competition hosted by the Richmond Hill Aquatic Club (RHAC)” and concluded “RHAC acted appropriately in hosting the competition according to Swimming Canada and Swim Ontario policies and procedures, including the Swimming Canada National Registration Procedures and Rules Manual and The Swimming Rules of Swimming Canada” that ensure “all athletes were registered correctly and eligible to participate accordingly” in an “open competition” with athletes seeded by entry time, regardless of age” with “instances of adults swimming in the same heat as minor swimmers, again within the swimming rules permitted in this competition.”
The statement adds, “Swimming Canada and Swim Ontario believe swimming is for everyone” and that “people of all shapes, sizes, genders, beliefs and backgrounds should have the opportunity to swim to the best of their ability” and “with the expectation that our registrants treat each other with respect and dignity, and keep our sport environment free from harassment and abuse” and “this would include not targeting members of our community based on assumptions about their identity.”

There are a couple of possible non-violent solutions, but given that it is Canada they will not happen.
First, they can create a “Transexual Division” and leave underage males and females alone. Which would undermine the Left’s intent and will be barred.
Second, the children can be instructed to walk out if something inappropriate like this happens and not compete. However, these are Canadian parents and they are more submissive to authority than ours.
Third, the parents and fans can petition their members of Parliament to bar such abuses by law, but the Canadian government is even less responsive to its subjects than ours.
What I suspect will happen is that this will continue until there is what the media will call a “mostly peaceful” child molestation or rape of one or more of the children, and some parent will kinetically help the Transexual along with his transition. And face the full wrath of the almighty State over it. It may be repeated pro re nata.

In our litigation heavy Western society and where the prosecutors and judges ladle out punishment seemingly more and more applied based on ideology some guy following your call is gonna get the rest of their life and their family’s lives significantly set back by the heavy costs that will be extracted.
