Loudoun County Students Demand School Board Restores Traditional Bathroom and Locker Room Gender Policy
“And we express these concerns and they ignore us and write us off as right-wing crazies. We’re not crazy.”
Students at a high school in Loudoun County, Virginia, staged a walkout this week and called on the school board to go back to a traditional gender policy on who uses which bathrooms and locker rooms.
This is a good reminder that not every young person today in on board with the woke agenda.

On Wednesday, students at Woodgrove High School walked out of school in protest of the Loudoun County School Board’s policy that allows nonbinary, gender fluid and transgender students to use the school bathrooms and locker rooms of their choice.
“In the locker rooms in the morning it’s an invasion of privacy, as I said because when men and natural-born males are in our locker rooms and they are showering in the morning, natural-born females can walk in there as they please,” one male high school student told 7News. “And that is not OK. And it goes against what we believe in.”
In 2021, the Loudoun County School Board voted 7 to 2 to adopt the district-wide policy known as Policy 8040.
But some students have had enough and want the policy reversed.
“I would like to be able when I get off football practice and go put my pads away and change not feel uncomfortable with other genders in there watching me,” another male student told 7News. “I feel that girls feel the same way about the situation. How would you feel if you were a female changing with a male?”
7News spoke to a female student who said she stopped using the bathroom at school because of Policy 8040.
“It’s a massive safety risk, and they [LCPS] don’t do anything about it,” the female student told 7News. “And we express these concerns and they ignore us and write us off as right-wing crazies. We’re not crazy. We just don’t want to be in danger on a daily basis in this building.

In related news, a DOJ official is running for school board in Loudoun County and her campaign calls parents’ rights activists “extremists.”

Not long after the Department of Justice mobilized the FBI against parents by citing a letter that painted the father of a Loudoun County, Virginia rape victim as a terrorist, an attorney from one of the department’s most corrupt branches is running for a seat on America’s most politicized school board on a platform that labels advocates for “parents’ rights” as “extremists.”
While most federal employees shy away from any sort of political activity because of how it could erode credibility and violate the Hatch Act, Anne Donohue has run openly as a Democrat for the At-Large seat on Loudoun County’s school board.
On October 13, Donohue advertised a political event saying, “Are you tired of the so-called ‘Parents’ Rights’ extremists attacking our kids and public education? You’re not alone. Virginia moms have had enough.”
The left is not going to give up their stranglehold on education without a fight.

There is a compromise that could be reasonable, in my opinion.
You could have boys-only, girls-only, and another one for freaks. But of course, they don’t want that.
They want to shove the degeneracy in your face and push it down your throat. No room for compromise there.

Sorry to say her odds of winning are negligible. There are a lot of crazies – the parents who take their kids to drag-queen story hour – to vote for this freak-advocate. I don’t think Gov Youngkin has the power to remove these school boards by executive order. It’s ALL up to the parents.
And add your last adjective into the mix: Fairly. Who’s minding the ballot boxes? What’s in the ballot boxes *before* parents start to vote?

It’s about time that the students themselves took a stand and made some noise. Like the women’s sports issue, that’s what’s needed to tip the scales.

Anyone using a one person bathroom is fine. That doesn’t have to be a men’s or women’s room. I would also hope such bathrooms have a lock.
