March for Israel in Washington, D.C. Attended by Over 250,000 People

It’s from 1 PM to 3 PM ET.

The March for Israel rally in DC was a hit! Over 250,000 people attended!

I’m glad Sen. John Fetterman attended.

Our very own David Gerstman is at the rally! He is sending me pictures, and I’ll post them.

The Philadelphia Socialist Workers Party is at the rally. Someone told David that at UAW rallies, he tried to hold up signs of the hostages and Israel, but DSA kept taking them down.

A few pictures of the crowd and musical guest Ishay Ribo

Oh, look. An Arafat fan showed up…in a mask. What a coward.

What a crowd!

Poison Ivy League. Get it?!

Lessons I have learned:

Pro-Israel: Means I support Israel…I don’t hate anyone.

Pro-Palestinian: Means I support Hamas…I hate Jews.

Lessons Kamala Harris learned: I see Islamophobia everwhere I look, except in the mirror.

What does she see in the mirror? An idiot.

    More lessons we have learned:

Pro Life: means I understand the sanctity of life, and do not support abortion, euthanasia, or the death penalty (although I have daily internal battles with this one)

Pro Choice: means that I deny anyone but the choice to abort babies in the womb, euthanize the elderly and infirm, but hate the death penalty.

I’m sorry but that is not true. I believe that a woman who is carrying a fetus should be able to make the decision of what to do with it. Until a fetus is declared a human being, how can there be laws telling the mother what she can and cannot do? She will have to live with her choice and it should be up to her to decide. I am pro life because I believe that all babies should be saved but we can’t become a nation of forced pregnancy or prisons for pregnant women. I also do not support euthanasia and I believe strongly in the death penalty. There cannot be and should not be any public support for Hamas in this country. That is giving support to a terrorist organization and that is a federal crime.

There is no ‘forced’ pregnancy outside of rape..

If a woman gets pregnant, except in cases of rape, she was engaging in the activity whose sole purpose is getting yourself pregnant.

Not being legally allowed to kill your child is NOT ‘forced pregnancy’

“Until a fetus is declared a human being”

This is a fatuous condition. Baring a miscarriage, it is certain that the end result of the abortion of a human pregnancy will be one fewer human PERSON.

Legislation should take into account the willingness of a sufficient fraction of the population to obey them, but let us avoid falsehoods regarding the nature of abortion.

This is the beauty of being in a free country, where each of us can have our own view, and live that view.

Where I state “I” in my commentary, I state my beliefs. In your response, you state that my beliefs are untrue.

I do not force my beliefs on you, and do not subordinate your beliefs to mine. I simply state my beliefs.

Therefore, your beliefs and reasoning do not subordinate my beliefs and reasoning. You can have yours, I can have mine, yet I don’t insult you by belittling your beliefs.

Finally, none of my commentary mentions Hamas in any way, shape or form, although I do believe that the Constitution is not a suicide pact, and we should deport anyone or any group that seeks to deny the legal rights of others.

In fairness, Chief, the heading of your previous post is “Lessons We Have Learned:”

Your post then goes on to make “I” statements about your beliefs, but you put them all under “Lessons WE Have Learned”.

When I read your post, I agreed with part of it, but not all and found myself thinking, “That’s not a lesson I have learned!”

Some people do deserve the death penalty, resources are always finite, especially considering hard times coming. A million or more dollars spent on a criminal is a million or more not available to help someone who is deserving.

        AF_Chief_Master_Sgt in reply to JohnSmith100. | November 14, 2023 at 7:16 pm

I am not doubting that some people deserve the death penalty.

I simply stated that I do not believe in it. I never said I wanted to stop it.

I disagree. I’m pro-innocent life. I’m against murder, but capital punishment is not murder, and neither is killing in a just war.

My only problem with euthanasia is that it’s too dangerous; first it can easily be used as a mask for outright murder, and second it’s too difficult to be sure the person truly consents, is competent to do so, and has not withdrawn his consent.

      inspectorudy:

Until a fetus is declared a human being

Who is supposed to be doing this “declaring”? A baby is a human being. As far as I’m concerned it’s a living human being from the moment when it has detectable brain activity, so that if it were at the end of its life rather than the beginning it would still be illegal to cut it up for spare parts. To the best of my knowledge that happens at around 6 weeks, roughly the same time that it has detectable heart activity.

we can’t become a nation of forced pregnancy or prisons for pregnant women.

Nobody is proposing prisons for pregnant women. But if a woman hires a hit man to kill her baby, why should she be treated differently simply because the baby happens to be inside her rather than outside?

There cannot be and should not be any public support for Hamas in this country. That is giving support to a terrorist organization and that is a federal crime.

No, it isn’t. Not only isn’t it a crime, it can’t be one, because it’s protected by the first amendment. Only giving material support can be made a crime, and for designated foreign terrorist organizations it has been.

Great!!!

Another opportunity for the Gestapo to round up Americans and put them in their gulags and concentration camps.

I bet Wray and Garland are creaming their shorts on this one.

The difference bewteen marches will be day and night. Life versus death. Time to pick sides. There is no middle ground.

Mary, good point re who covers their faces and who does not! Very telling.

It’s plain that there will soon be a second American Civil War.

We normals cannot live with the hate filled leftists

Van Jones and Debra messing?
2 insane left winged thugs

I just left reading over at the National Enquirer online, also known as The Gateway Pundit, and the number of anti-Semites there is unbelievable! There are people spewing the old myths about Jews and conspiracy theories abound about Jews taking over the world. I could not believe the number of vicious comments and the number of likes many got. We are a sick society and we need a leader who will turn this around.

We have Van Jones and Mike Johnson speaking at the same rally? What a time to be alive.

That one poster in the crowd photo above, about 1,400 being the most Jews murdered since the Holocaust got me thinking. Some back of the envelope calculations tell me that 1,400 was not even half of the DAILY death toll for Jews during the Holocaust (from 1941, when mass executions began in earnest) to say nothing of the additional 7M of other ‘non-desirables’ that were murdered. The greatest two-day death toll for Jews is likely the massacre at Babi Yar in Ukraine that killed in excess of 30K Jews….two days.

It’s almost impossible to put The Holocaust in the proper context in terms of human suffering. It pains me that schools today – public schools in particular – aren’t even trying. The predictable outcome of this failure can easily be seen in the grotesque public displays of antisemitism the last month, much of it from our younger Americans.

Guarantee you two things;

One, it will be a heck of a lot safer to be a Muslim at this March than a Jew at a Muslim Hamas support riot.

Two, this March will be completely ignored by the media.

Debra Messing, Van Jones, Chuck Schumer, Hakeem Jeffries …

These are the pieces of sh*t they had speak at this rally. What a friggin disaster. I’m glad I didn’t go. I couldn’t stomach dirtbags like that pretending they give a sh*t about Israel. They are the ones who have helped to force Israel into this position, to begin with. They are the problem.

And I watched some coverage on Fox and they had an ex-Clinton advisor (Shrillary) and a chick human rights attorney talking about how shocked they are at the Jew-hate in America … but they are trying to pawn it off onto “the right wing” instead of admitting it is them and their allies who are the Jew-haters. This Jew-hate is entirely from the left and the allies of the left.

Pathetic. Ridiculous. I had to turn the tv off.

The line between pro Israel and anti Israel is not a straight one, it zig zags. This makes for some strange bedfellows. Meaning while with each other, don’t turn on the lights. Discard Hillary like a used Kleenex.

ThePrimordialOrderedPair in reply to Whitewall. | November 14, 2023 at 5:03 pm

No Democrat is pro-Israel. Period. That is evident by the policies they have been advocating, most certainly by the blatant anti-Israel policies they have championed since 2009.

Of course these same lowlife Democrats are anti-American, too. That also, is without a doubt and was thrown into hyper-drive after 2009.

Don’t forget that it is an axiom in DC that the most dangerous place to be is between Schumer and a camera. That was my first thought when I saw that pic.

The only thing that matters about these rallies is their size – how many people were there? It is hard to say, but it looks like more showed up for the Palestinians than Israel.

    They’re paid to show up

    Milhouse in reply to The_Mew_Cat. | November 15, 2023 at 3:06 am

The counts I’ve seen are at just under 300,000.

But there were hundreds, possibly thousands, who were stuck at Dulles airport and couldn’t make it, because the antisemitic bus drivers who were supposed to take them to the rally called in sick.

This happened to three planeloads from Detroit alone, 900 people.

Imagine how many would have attended if there weren’t so many insane haters in DC.
