House Oversight GOP Subpoenas Hunter Biden and Other Biden Family Members
“These records reveal how the Bidens sold Joe Biden around to the world to benefit the Biden family, including Joe Biden himself, to the detriment of U.S. interests.”
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer announced he subpoenaed Hunter Biden and other Biden family members, including Joe’s brother James, for transcribed interviews.
The committee has been investigating Biden’s finances for years.
“The House Oversight Committee has followed the money and built a record of evidence revealing how Joe Biden knew, was involved, and benefited from his family’s influence peddling schemes. Now, the House Oversight Committee is going to bring in members of the Biden family and their associates to question them on this record of evidence,” Comer said in a press release. “Unlike the many lies President Biden told the American people about his family’s business schemes, bank records don’t lie. These records reveal how the Bidens sold Joe Biden around to the world to benefit the Biden family, including Joe Biden himself, to the detriment of U.S. interests. The House Oversight Committee, along with the Committees on Judiciary and Ways and Means, will continue to follow the facts and deliver the transparency and accountability that the American people demand and deserve.”
The subpoenas went to:
- Hunter Biden
- James Biden
- Rob Walker
- Sara Biden
- Hallie Biden
- Elizabeth Secundy
- Melissa Cohen
- Tony Bobulinski
Records have shown the Biden family formed 20 shell companies. These companies are not illegal, but in most money laundering cases, the perpetrator did it through shell companies.
The records also show that the Biden family received over $24 million from nationals of China, Kazakhstan, Romania, Russia, and Ukraine.
Devon Archer, a former Hunter business partner, told Congress that Burisma adding Hunter to its board was “the brand.” It was the easiest way to get the Obama administration as Ukraine got back on its feet after the overthrow of “President” Yanukovych. The top people at Burisma pressured Hunter to pressure his daddy to help with prosecutor Viktor Shokin, who investigated Burisma.
Last week, Comer alleged the president received $40,000 in laundered China money from James and his sister-in-law Sarah via a personal check.

They have learned that between the msm and the lying Dems if they don’t have drop-dead evidence they might as well forget it. They cannot subpoena them and then have one of their ineffective “Hearings” where they get nothing but “No Comment” from their subjects. They have to have them just as a prosecutor knows the answers to all of the questions he asks of a defendant before he asks them. If they don’t, they will be crucified by the msm.

Democrats are celebrating yesterday’s election victories in Kentucky, Ohio, and Virginia and are attributing these wins to abortion, marijuana, and the enormous ad spend in Kentucky to push for the reelection of Joe Biden. The Democrat Party is now the party, among other things, the party of potheads and infanticide.
Comer’s subpoenas today are late, and one should expect Democrats to turn any impeachment inquiry into an emotional appeal to retake the House by making a victim out of Joe Biden.
Last night, Joe told his base he was there to save our Democracy. Save the fundamental reproductive rights of Americans from the Republicans. And claiming he is a better alternative than Donald Trump.

Biden’s dirty laundry is about to become much higher profile. Perhaps the best way to break this open is Hunter being rung through the ringer. 10% Joe might start blowing gaskets. That would be fun to watch.
John, you can’t run Hunter through the wringer if he doesn’t show up or if he does and says “No Comment” every time he is asked something, there is no alternative. How many times has Wray been before Congress and replied, “I can’t comment because it is an ongoing investigation”? They must have the evidence before he shows up or they will look like idiots.
Hunter will just take the 5th for 8 hours, and the MSM will bash the House for putting him through the ringer.
I predict lots of lather with the following outcome: a handgun with a flag popping out the barrel with the word “Bang!” on it. Great finish. Should pay huge political dividends. Looking forward to it.

Without the cooperation of the DOJ, the Bidens will tell Congress to take hike. Tony Bobulinski will probably show up.
Only the first three have been subpoenaed. The others have been invited. If they decline, they will be subpoenaed. Bobulinski has already agreed.
Why make special exemptions? It’s exactly this sort of oddness that creates the distrust we hold for congressional investigations. Scare the hell out of them via threat of perjury and then flip them for prosecution.
But nope. Leave us skeptical of the whole thing.
What prosecution? This is a congressional hearing, they can’t prosecute anything and they can’t flip anybody without Merrick Himmler’s cooperation.

The Congressional subpoenas give the committee the ability to demand and acquire evidence from the Bidens. Tax returns, loan agreements, personal emails, documents, etc. They can’t hide from it. That was settled by the Supreme Court in 1974. Sorry Dems. You’re going to be hoisted on your own petard. FJB

Hunter would have a hard time not appearing. If there were to be a criminal referral he would be headed toward a 18 U.S. Code § 3147 violation. He is currently on pretrial release (ROR). There has always been a conflict of interest in Hunter’s defense between his best interest and the political interest the administration. Hunter’s and Lowell’s admission to Hunter attending a meeting with the Chinese but Bobulinski not being there and therefore a liar was certainly not in Hunter’s best interest. It leads me to believe the pardon is already written. Forcing a criminal referral for Hunter will be leaving a bowel movement on Judge Noreika’s and special counsel Weiss’s desks and expecting them to do nothing. That’s a stench that will last long after Joe Biden is dead and buried.
