It’s a fact that the citizens of a country suffer when their government starts a war. This is especially true when the government hides among their citizens. If the citizens have too much war they can overthrow their government and surrender.

So all of these code pink fools have been arrested and one or two killed, Senators had to to evacuated and were in fear for our very democracy? And they’ll all eventually get a trial a few years from now and will receive long long sentences? Correct, right?
The blood on Blinken’s hands is Israeli, Afghan, and Ukrainian – and yes, Russian, Palestinian, and other. The State Department and Biden administration collectively have been catastrophic failures at reading and understanding people, Americans included, and the world and maintaining any semblance of order therein. It’s a hard and difficult task; they have failed miserably, things may yet get worse, and the consequences and scars will be permanent. They will have left the world worse than they found it.

Yeah, I am a little mystified by the hand thing. If they have blood on their hands as Americans for some reason as we are not fighting in Gaza then I think they should take their guilty consciences and get on a plane to Gaza where they can turn themselves into Hamas to be judged.

There is nothing wrong with civil disobedience. Protestors are saying that they hold their views so strongly that they knowingly violate the law in protest of a greater ideal. However, society (by way of the Senate Appropriations Committee) should do its part by imposing accountability for the breach of the law. “Don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time.”
