The CDC Pushing COVID Vaccines for Those as Young as 6 Months for Cold Season

The CDC Pushing COVID Vaccines for Those as Young as 6 Months for Cold Season

COVID is back and we’re all going to die or something.

I’m going to be honest with you. If the CDC and others treated the flu and pneumonia the same as COVID then all of these messages wouldn’t bother me.

But they don’t, so, screw you, CDC.

Why not push for people to get the flu shot and those over 65 and with weak immune systems to get their pneumonia shot?

But nooooo. It’s COVID (emphasis mine):

CDC recommends everyone 6 months and older get an updated COVID-19 vaccine to protect against the potentially serious outcomes of COVID-19 illness this fall and winter. Updated COVID-19 vaccines from Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna will be available later this week.

Vaccination remains the best protection against COVID-19-related hospitalization and death. Vaccination also reduces your chance of suffering the effects of Long COVID, which can develop during or following acute infection and last for an extended duration.  If you have not received a COVID-19 vaccine in the past 2 months, get an updated COVID-19 vaccine to protect yourself this fall and winter.

The virus that causes COVID-19 is always changing, and protection from COVID-19 vaccines declines over time. Receiving an updated COVID-19 vaccine can restore protection and provide enhanced protection against the variants currently responsible for most infections and hospitalizations in the United States.  Last season, those who received a 2022-2023 COVID-19 vaccine saw greater protection against illness and hospitalization than those who did not receive a 2022-2023 vaccine.  To date, hundreds of millions of people have safely received a COVID-19 vaccine under the most intense safety monitoring in U.S. history.

I was told the first vaccine was magic and would keep me safe from COVID forever and ever. Biden told me it would go away.

The lies, paranoia, and panic did this. If they treated it like it is, a cold or even flu-like, then it wouldn’t be a problem, at least to me.

I mean, if you saw my Quick Hit in the newsletter the other day, you saw that I had to take a quick COVID test for a freaking virtual doctor visit. It’s insanity. It’s been almost four years.

The doctor didn’t have an answer when I asked why they don’t ask about flu, pneumonia, or even strep.

I’m not getting a COVID vaccine.  The rest of the family is not getting a COVID vaccine. Them pushing it like crazy, making it so fast, and insisting on it gives me paranoia.

I will get my flu shot. The whole family gets flu shots, especially since I’m vulnerable. Thankfully, my pneumonia shot is still up-to-date. Also, I need a shingles shot!

TY Mary..

I think they are doing the covid thing again to justify mail in ballots. I hate to be so cynical, but I can’t help it after all the bs.

Lucifer Morningstar in reply to amwick. | September 13, 2023 at 8:16 am

Exactly. Also, Biden’s handlers know that if he is running in the 2o24 presidential election (seems inevitable that he will) that Biden will be a complete and utter disaster if he is forced to interact with the public. It’ll be even worse than 202o where he went off about “Corn Pop” and how children liked to stroke his “hairy legs” and all that other nonsense.

So they gin up another covid scare to justify Biden running his campaign once again from his Delaware basement where his handlers can make sure he won’t have to interact with the public in any meaningful way.

I am glad you agree, but kinda offended by that… SMH..Nice is a thing of the past apparently. Sorry.

Really? You offend easily my blog comrade , toughen up, we need warriors ahead, the sh!t has hit the fan and we are in the end of the beginning…
It was just so obvious, hence the Duh!
It just was kind of a amazing moment after the last 3 years

It was sarcasm, I get it that some people hate sarcasm, I’m thinking therefore you must have a hard time with President Trump, whereas, growing up in Milwaukee, I understood the way of his speech.
Heck , I worked at a Mafia restaurant!!!

And to please Pharma who will damage a bunch of children and then make more mitigating damage slightly.

Compare this to the Swiss approach

https://www.medicaldaily.com/switzerland-no-longer-recommends-covid-19-vaccination-heres-why-469321

The Swiss are hardly anti-vax conspiracy theorists.

The reality is unless at high risk no one under 18 should be getting the vaccine at all.

Over 18 – your body, your choice.

I see little clinical or cost effectiveness evidence that it is worthwhile for most people outside of high risk groups.

Our government is corrupt overall, and is corrupt in this decision.

Even then I’d be cautious about taking something that doesn’t protect you from the Chinese Death kooties.

Ironclaw in reply to mailman. | September 13, 2023 at 2:10 pm

Well, that and the fact that they really haven’t tested the new formulation at all. They’re simply riding on the sketchy safety record of the old jab. So, myocarditis … check, pericarditis … check, auto-immune conditions …. check. All of the old problems with maybe a few new ones for flavor.

I’m not yet convinced the covid vax didn’t kill a bunch of elderly. Too easy to write off an elderly person dying of a heart attack or enlarged heart as an “undiagnosed pre-existing condition”, or just write them off as dying of covid itself. Can’t really do that with teenagers or well-screened professional athletes.

gonzotx in reply to randian. | September 13, 2023 at 9:59 am

      It did

Ironclaw in reply to randian. | September 13, 2023 at 2:13 pm

It probably did and further, there is still a noticeable unexplained increase in excess mortality among populations that should be considered relatively young and healthy.

Covid went through old folks homes like the Grim Reaper. The shot undoubtedly saved more lives than it cost there. That ratio rapidly smoothed out as the age curve got lower, inverted somewhere in the middle, and has almost no positive effect on ordinary people in their teens *except* those who catch Covid within a month of getting their shot. (and even that is minor)

I got Covid again back in Feb of this year, two years after my first case. This was a minor case, two days of pills and cable tv. And I got my flu shot last week. No Covid shot even though I’m getting close to the vague category of ‘old.’ Had the real thing. Don’t need the imitation.

alaskabob in reply to georgfelis. | September 14, 2023 at 2:29 pm

So does flu…. but the real killer was putting sick elderly back with the rest to assure more deaths…. Cuomo … versus segregation….DeSantis . Natural immunity is about 13 times better than the shots … and doesn’t lessen the immune system like the shots do.

The COVID-19 vaccine under the most intense safety monitoring in U.S. history.

It proudly stands tall with the 2020 election being the most intensely secure election in history.

I feel bad for people at the CDC who actually do serious work involving infectious diseases.

They exist for a reason. It’s a little like the dystopian story of turning the fire department into a book burning brigade.

Lucifer Morningstar in reply to Andy. | September 13, 2023 at 8:20 am

There are no people left at the CDC who actually do “serious work involving infectious diseases”. Just like every other administrative branch office the democrats have managed to fill the CDC with their democrat lackey minions that will “do science” to advance the democrat agenda. Very little “science” is done these days to benefit the people. It’s all about advancing a particular agenda. Nothing more, nothing less.

Paul in reply to Andy. | September 13, 2023 at 12:43 pm

If they were “serious” they would have been blowing the whistle on this bullsyhte a long time ago.

JackinSilverSpring | September 13, 2023 at 8:07 am

The CDC and the entire federal health apparatus lied about so many things during the Wu-flu outbreak, why should we believe anything they say? Moreover, people in younger age brackets are not at risk for Wu flu, so why push this non-vaccine on this group? This is pure nonsense.

There is no emergency, and these new vaccines have not been tested.

How is this even vaguely legal? Can I frankenstein any new vaccine now if I just say “I modified this old untested one”?

I feel like we’re all being forced to be participants in a massive Tuskegee experiment.

Lucifer Morningstar in reply to jhkrischel. | September 13, 2023 at 8:33 am

    >>Can I frankenstein any new vaccine now if I just say “I modified this old untested one”?<<

Yes, as long as you can claim that the vaccine is just a "variant" of an already FDA approved vaccine then it doesn't have to undergo any safety & efficacy testing. It's just like the flu vaccine. It's reformulated every year to match the prevalent flu type that "experts" guess will be dominant for the upcoming year – but it doesn't have to undergo any safety & efficacy tests because sometime in the distant past it has already been approved.

P.S. In this case anyone who receives the covid mRNA serum (I refuse to call it a vaccine because it isn't one) is participating in human trials of unprecedented scope without any real informed consent. The citizens of whole countries across the world are being used as guinea pigs for a new technology (mRNA based medicines) that has never been proven to work. But here we are and there we go.

nordic prince in reply to jhkrischel. | September 13, 2023 at 11:55 am

…these new vaccines have not been tested.

How is this even vaguely legal? Can I frankenstein any new vaccine now if I just say “I modified this old untested one”?

Couple that with the fact that no vaxx has ever been safety tested with a true placebo (inert, biologically harmless substance), and you’ll understand what a joke “safety testing” of vaccines actually is.

At least before we generally had a history of decades of usage that could be looked back upon.

A normal vaccine has to pass 3 tests to be legal: distribution (does it stay where it is put), efficacy (does it have more than 50% absolute efficacy in the targeted demographic), and challenge (did it work on animals – although they now allow nuclear modeling which is obviously a joke). Most vaccines pass these tests, and the results of the tests must be published before the vaccine is approved by the FDA.

The covid-19 vaccines didn’t pass any of these tests. While the FDA approved them, they are still illegal. Those giving and receiving the vaccine are breaking the law. Since the covid-19 vaccines fail the distribution test, the law also requires that any covid-19 vaccines in distribution must be destroyed. They can’t even be used for testing.

I am reading Turtles all the Way Down. After The Real Doctor Fauci and all the studies and article (probably close to 500), I will not trust another vax including flu and Shingles. The rise in autism and SIDS appear to have rising with the combined vaccine. There are studies and books on autoimmune including giving polio vax to kids that had it? Turtle is loaded with examples of poor safety testing and lack of proper testing. True risk and adverse reaction are hidden. Best defense is a good offense. Take care of ur self and early treat if you are sick.

gonzotx in reply to MarkSmith. | September 13, 2023 at 9:17 am

My cousin didn’t get the polio vaccine when it first came out and 2 years later she was paralyzed from the neck down for the rest of her life, which lasted 25 additional years in a prison of her body…she got polio age 16

My Uncle died of polio, 1942

My brother, sister and I had polio, but got fortunately, a weak virus, before vaccines

MarkSmith in reply to gonzotx. | September 13, 2023 at 9:45 am

And my cuz had Polio too, but was not messed up. I myself had influenza mengit. At 18 months and survived. Look in to the history of the Polio vax. First round was awful. I am not anti vax, but I am a skeptic. Read The Polio Paradox. Read The Real Doctor Fauci, read Turtles all the way Down. I have a friend that lost a child to childhood vax and his wife committed suicide over it. We all have our life experiences to learn from.

gonzotx in reply to MarkSmith. | September 13, 2023 at 10:05 am

I’m reading The Real Anthony Fauci

I have indeed read others but, polio is close to my heart

I remember all the kids with shrunken arms and legs, the lucky ones, the most lucky were like my sibs and me. I
Can only imagine what 3 dead or paralyzed children would have done to my mother of 23….

My daughter had a severe rx to Hepatitis B vaccine, sick for 2 years, thought I would lose her at times

Believe me, I’m not pro vaccine all the way, but I remember….

Six people in the RSV vaccine trial group developed Guilliane Barre syndrome or other neurological complications, compared to zero in the placebo group – but the “numbers are too small to draw any conclusions,” so they’ll be trying it out on the population to find out for sure whether it really causes these devastating problems. For pregnant women, there was a significant increase in premature births and neonatal deaths among those who received the RSV shots in the trials ~

GBS is why we do not do jabs at my house.

MarkSmith in reply to amwick. | September 13, 2023 at 9:48 am

Yea, makes sense. One of my friends got GBS and it took two years before he could walk without a cane. That is why we should have choice.

      Gremlin1974 in reply to amwick. | September 13, 2023 at 4:00 pm

Took care of the 17 year old patient back in the late 90’s who had GBS. He went from playing Baseball in high school to a wheelchair in under a week, took him like 3 years to walk again. His was attributed to a Respiratory infection and he hadn’t had a vaccine recently so he was just one of those chance cases.

This is a situation where we are being told that we are in a crisis that doesn’t appear to exist so we need to use a vaccine that has been shown not to work to be given to children who we know are essentially immune from a disease to protect them from a disease that is becoming increasingly harmless to the entire population despite the fact that the vaccine has been shown to cause an extraordinarily high rate of life altering side reactions which has been discovered in spite of the intense secrecy about this vaccine’s safety data by our government whose leaders make a few hundred thousand dollars a year and yet become multimillionaires after a few years in Congress. I sure don’t see anything wrong with this picture (sarc).

If you’re a parent who gives your infant, adolescent or teenage child this vaccine, you’re a moron.

At the airport this w/e there were many people with masks, almost all were minorities

They really got them going and they will do as fearfully instructed

Seems to be mostly women and their husbands and perhaps also their wife’s boyfriend.

    JohnSmith100 in reply to gonzotx. | September 13, 2023 at 6:29 pm

All summer I have been seeing a majority of blacks wearing masks.

MajorWood in reply to gonzotx. | September 13, 2023 at 11:45 pm

In Portland it is “educated” white milennials, middle aged Karens and their sad kids, and older (40-70) asian women. I miss the days when one could easily assume that anyone NOT wearing a mask was of a conservative bent.

The net result of the COVID charade is that more people died from the measures than the disease.

Old mentor at Hopkins frequently started Grand Rounds with “make sure that the cure isn’t worse than the disease.” The shutdown due to the scamdemic (dempanic?) was far worse than any ravages that could have been caused by the sniffles, and by not letting it run its course during the non-cold and flu season of 2020, it was around in various forms for a far longer time. The shutdown’s sole purpose was to eliminate the Trump rally’s which the dems could neither conquer or counter by any other means.

How about a counter offer to the CDC? Release all the testing data and the VEERS data along with any other negative data re efficacy? Oh wait that’s kind of what they are supposed to do anyway so that the public can make an informed decision. No full data and information available means there can not be informed consent.

Lies like a rug. Deceit from the git go. Check out the difference between mRNA and modRNA, which is also included in the Pfizer injection. information. modRNA was invented to enhance gene therapy. Nothing to see here.

We’re just guinea pigs to the folks that have been bringing grief disguised as relief to the the human experiment (treat symptoms not cause). For many this concept is too difficult to accept because the indoctrination and misdirection regarding what is really important runs so deep.

They know that physical and mental health leads to peace that leads to prosperity, and they do not share well.

Is it really a “vaccine” or is it… something else?

No, I don’t trust them. Not one damn bit.

retiredcantbefired | September 13, 2023 at 2:13 pm

Flu vaccines aren’t a whole lot better than Wuhan virus vaccines.
