Biden Uses “Climate Crisis” Pseudoscience to Create a New Deal-Style American Climate Corps

A desperate move by Team Biden, which is bitterly clinging to its remaining supporters as Democrats appear to be looking for palatable alternatives for the 2024 presidential campaign.

The Unites States currently has a debt of $33 trillion.  There is the possibility of another episode of “government shut-down theater,” which is currently slated to start on October 1st.

With an Oct. 1 shutdown looming, House Republican leaders failed to pass their $826-billion defense bill for a third time in two weeks. Democrats object to its anti-diversity and anti-abortion-travel measures & GOP conservatives who voted against it want deeper cuts in the whole federal budget.

The latest setback on Thursday leaves next year’s Pentagon funding — and plans for any government funding past Sept. 30 — in doubt. If a short-term budget extension or a long-term funding plan is not approved in the next nine days, the appropriations lapse will trigger a partial government shutdown, canceling all non-essential military activities and furloughing hundreds of thousands of federal workers.

However, the term “fiscal responsibility” has never held any meaning for Biden. With this in mind, it is no surprise the occupant of the Oval Office has signed an executive order to create a New Deal-style American Climate Corps, based on pseudoscience and a lust for power.

After being thwarted by Congress, President Joe Biden will use his executive authority to create a New Deal-style American Climate Corps that will serve as a major green jobs training program.

In an announcement Wednesday, the White House said the program will employ more than 20,000 young adults who will build trails, plant trees, help install solar panels and do other work to boost conservation and help prevent catastrophic wildfires.

The climate corps had been proposed in early versions of the sweeping climate law approved last year but was jettisoned amid strong opposition from Republicans and concerns about cost.

Democrats and environmental advocacy groups never gave up on the plan and pushed Biden in recent weeks to issue an executive order authorizing what the White House now calls the American Climate Corps.

However, there is one flaw in this plan. Congress is in charge of the budgets, and despite the fact most Americans have not been persuaded by our elite media that climate change is an Earth-destroying disaster they are responsible for, our representatives have not been inclined to fund it.

Democrats sought funding for the program in their climate and social spending legislation dubbed the “Build Back Better Act,” but the plan was stripped from the climate law that emerged.

“Years after idea and imagination, after organizing and marching, yet another element of the president’s historic climate agenda is coming to life,” Zaidi said.

The White House didn’t provide specifics about how the program will be structured or funded.

I suspect this is a desperate move by Team Biden, which is bitterly clinging to its remaining supporters as Democrats appear to be looking for palatable alternatives for the 2024 presidential campaign.

A growing number of polls are showing voters concerned about President Biden’s age and energy. Democratic lawmakers have hesitated to offer full-throated endorsements of his running mate. Prominent commentators have ruminated on whether he should drop out of the presidential race.

This series of political vulnerabilities — along with House Republicans announcing an impeachment inquiry and the Justice Department indicting Biden’s son on gun charges — is now sending waves of anxiety through parts of the Democratic Party, as some fret about whether the man who helped oust Donald Trump from the White House may not have the vitality, at 80, to successfully prevent a return.

If the Biden administration and Democrats were truly interested in policies based on real science, it would recognize there is no climate emergency.

Your freedoms are being striped and you want to argue about if the DNC is really working for the little guy.

I agree. The Catastrophe Corps is just the latest piece of garbage designed by Joe Biden’s handlers. Far worse things are going on, far worse things could hit us at any time, and those who rule over us won’t stop pursuing infinite political power because they have suddenly wised up to the underlying science. They never gave a damn what the science was or is. With the power they have and the power they expect to get, they imagine they can overrule and suppress any actual science that might sneak through.

The people behind the Socialist-Progressives (read Democrats/Liberals; your choice) are very determined at this stage of the pResident’s stay in office to accelerate the destruction of the United States of America, strip you of your remaining freedoms, and raise the rate of inflation to levels never even seen in Venezuela.

Good Rule of Thumb: Never believe there is an emergency unless those in power start behaving in their personal lives like there is an emergency.

Seems like a thinly disguised payoff to a cadre of eco activists who can motive harnessed for GOTV ops and other campaign activities. If one has a cynical outlook.

At this point, Joe is like a squatter looking at a firm sheriff’s eviction date, peeing all over the floors and flinging his poop on the walls just to get as much revenge on the landlord as he can.

More bureaucracy to sink the country deeper in debt.
More government employees, more funds to dish out to Leftist causes, more funds to pilfer away when no one is watching.

Biden is a vain prick. He so wants to be a new FDR to burnish his horrible legacy.

Quite cynical as there are already people doing that such has private industry, volunteer groups and the USFS.

And I’m sure that solar panel fires will decline once we start having them installed by the same caliber of Top Government Men who laid stone trails for the WPA.

Our very own komsomol. USSA, here we come.

Give all the members of the Dem’s Climate Corps some snappy uniforms and some useful chanting and marching skills and just like that they have a better dressed Antifa.

    Plus ça change:
“After his reelection in 1936, Senator Bailey emerged as a critic of the New Deal and in particular of the WPA, which he blamed for weakening the work ethic, competing with business for labor, and building a liberal political organization.”

The Klimakorps can use as their catchy chant, “Mmm mmm mmm, Barack Hussein Obama!”

Any money whatsoever that is spent on this extra-legal program should become part of the articles of impeachment laid against Xiden. He has cavalierly violated his oath of office, and should be held accountable for that along with his crimes.

There will be no impeachment, at least if the House has any brains. Impeaching him would be giving him a giant gift wrapped in a ribbon, since he would be 100% guaranteed to be acquitted, and would then trumpet it as a vindication.

By all means have an impeachment inquiry, to assemble the evidence of his criminal activity and publish it to the voters, as well as creating a record on which the next administration can prosecute him. But don’t throw him into the briar patch by impeaching him.

All he needs now is a “great patriotic war” and Democrats will declare him the greatest President evah!

Now they just need some snazzy uniforms and badges, and we’ll be all set!
