Biden Laughably Blames ‘MAGA Republicans’ for Problems at the Border, Says His Budget Provides Border Security
“MAGA House Republicans put out extreme budget proposals that would eliminate funding for over 2,000 border patrol agents – undermining our ability to combat drug trafficking”
In a recent tweet, Joe Biden blamed ‘MAGA Republicans’ for threatening funding to the Border Patrol and claimed that his budget keeps the southern border secure.
How does Biden do this? Simple. Biden is so used to saying whatever he wants without being challenged by the media that he has gotten lazy. He now thinks that he can say anything, and it just becomes a reality.
FOX News reports:
Biden called out for claiming his budget ‘keeps our borders secure:’ ‘This must be a joke’
President Biden slammed “MAGA House Republicans” on Tuesday for budget proposals he says would harm border security while claiming his “keeps our border secure.” Twitter users condemned his claim as preposterous.
The head of the U.S. Border Patrol told lawmakers last week the agency does not have operational control of the U.S. southern border and also said that migration levels were at “crisis” levels in some places. It was also revealed this week that Border Patrol had reached one million migrant encounters already for fiscal year 2023.
Biden released his budget proposal on March 9, and while House Republicans have yet to release a plan, the president has taken aim at a proposal from the House Freedom Caucus.
“MAGA House Republicans put out extreme budget proposals that would eliminate funding for over 2,000 border patrol agents – undermining our ability to combat drug trafficking,” Biden tweeted on Tuesday. “My budget keeps our borders secure while expanding legal pathways for migrants seeking asylum.”

This is just like when Biden recently tried to claim that it is Republicans who are trying to defund the police. Everyone knows it isn’t true, yet he says it anyway.
People on Twitter pushed back on Biden’s border claims.
Is Biden living in an alternate universe? “Keep our borders secure”?
Officials say the U.S. does not have operational control of much of the border right now. Cartels do.
And reminder: Democrats blocked Republicans from hiring 18,000 Border Patrol agents.

Liar & Gaslighter in Chief. How can you tell when Joe Biden is lying? His lips are moving.

A total fabrication.
In your 2024 budget proposal, you call for billion-dollar cuts to border security operations and ICE.
By the way, it took you 80 years to get that picture. https://t.co/YqLa3ifWbe

More misinformation and lies. The border is NOT secure, and there are currently over 780k backlogged asylum cases in the United States.

We really be living in a timeline where this man says it's Republicans trying to defund the police and loosen border security.
How stupid do they think we are? https://t.co/5jqRnTAPI9

People have been pouring across the southern border in record numbers since the day Biden took office. There is no disputing this, and no amount of lying on Biden’s part will change it.

When it’s all said and done, Biden deserves to be put on a $3 bill.
I’d rather see his face on the side of a milk carton.
Or hanging on the “wanted” wall with two profiles.
IMO the Fourth Estate is the biggest danger to our country – the lack of shining the light of day on Government malfeasance, incompetence, lies and corruption. A related quote would be, “If a tree [the truth] falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?”
“”the lack of shining the light of day on Government malfeasance, incompetence, lies and corruption.””
Don’t worry. If by some accident or failure in the ballot production system a Republican gets elected, they’ll be all over it. In fact, if they can’t find anything, they make something up. Repeatedly.
The Fourth leg of a fascist State.
This is America. We don’t have three estates, and we certainly don’t have a fourth one. The title “fourth estate” that the news industry has arrogantly given itself is an attack on the constitution, and we should not go along with it by using it. The news industry has no constitutional role. It has no duty to expose anything, nor is it entitled to any special privileges or access. The “freedom of the press” has nothing to do with that industry; all it means is that every person with access to a printing press has the right to publish whatever he likes; that’s all.
Editor laughably dismisses himself as a reliable source in the headline.
How so?
He will have slanted the story so as to make it appear laughable. An opinion can’t appear in a headline without that effect.
Aside from that, it’s poor clickbait. It’s going to be a tedious point of view foisted on the reader, rather than something the reader can discover for himself and, inferring why it’s a story, admire himself over for finding he agrees with the editor. All that’s interesting about it is that it’s laughable.
Hmm, okay. Objection duly noted. We will, of course, continue to use descriptors in our headlines, but you are free not to “click” if you choose not to do so.
It is factual that Biden tried to blame Republicans.
It is factual that the quotes and paraphrases in the headline were either uttered by Biden or are a logical interpretation of his statements.
If you are referring to the FOX News headline you have a slightly less weak point. It is factual that Biden is being called out for these ridiculous statements.
But, good luck on your crusade, quixote.
Replied to wrong person ^^
The person who writes Biden’s tweets doesn’t think we’re stupid because they know we know the truth. That person thinks Democrats are stupid and will believe anything they’re told by another leftist.
They are not wrong on either count.
In order to “Keep the border secure”, it would have to BE secure so that they could continue that condition. Border patrol does not have operational control of the border, the drug cartels do. There is not a single time this pedophile opens his filthy sewer where he is not uttering a ridiculous lie.

If only there were a pipeline full of 87,000 new federal agents with law enforcement, and firearms experience, willing to be on call for 50+ hour weeks, to use up to lethal force if required.
Oh, wait; that’s for enforcement of resource extraction from “citizens”, not acting like this is a country toward people who don’t live here.
My bad. Nevermind.
There is no such pipeline of armed IRS agents. You are confusing two completely unrelated things. Congress appropriated funds for the IRS to hire 87,000 new employees (not agents) over the course of 10 years. It expects 52,000 employees to retire over that time, so that’s an increase of 35,000 in its workforce, over 10 years. But only 2.5% of its current employees are special agents, who investigate crimes and are therefore armed. So one could expect that a little over 2,000 of the new employees will fit that description.
At the same time that this proposal was in the budget, the IRS advertised to recruit special agents, as it does from time to time, and provided the job description. Some paranoid people put the two stories together and concluded that the IRS was asking to hire 87,000 special agents, which would be more than 40 times its current force!
Repealing the 16th Amendment and relegating an IRS with approximately 10% of its current workforce to count the proceeds from a federal sales tax that would take place of the income tax would be greatly preferable to me.
The IRS, the income tax, in fact all of our tax code, and the gestapo tactics used to keep citizens in line are all unnecessary in a free & just nation.
A wall?
Don’t build it and they will come.
Biden is counting IRS agents as border patrol, so they can force you (and more importantly, your hard-earned money, to remain inside the borders of a flailing country.
The man is an a**hole and 99% of the media are proctologists (apologists).
You must have read John Godfrey Saxe’s poem, “The Blind Men and the Elephant” or isn’t that taught in school any more?
Any other questions?
“and 99% of the media are coprophiliacs”
FIFY.
Would someone please explain to me where Biden got the term “MAGA Republicans” and “MAGA House Republicans”? I ask because his use of those terms is just getting so effing annoying I just wonder who actually came up with them.
He’s trying to be polite to his RINO cronies.
I learned a new word today that describes the Biden regime to a tee. The word is “kakistocracy” and is defined as government by the worst persons; a form of government in which the worst persons are in power.
I just thought I’d pass it along. 🤣
Kakstocracy
Both kakistocracy and kleptocracy are words deserving of wider circulation.
I’ve been using that word since the the early days of the Obama Kakistocracy
“How stupid do they think we are?”
Joe Biden is President. That says it all right there.
Not to be outdone by Joe “Yes, I’ve Been to The Border” Biden, the wife and I spent the day in Douglas. One thing that we saw that we never anticipated was at dismissal time, all the little schoolchildren walking back over the border on International Boulevard to their homes in Agua Prieta, Mexico.
