Tucker Rips Biden’s New “Racial Equity” EO: Everyone Qualifies As ‘Protected’ Except Straight White Men

On Thursday, Joe “I am the Democratic Party” Biden signed an Executive Order (EO) requiring all federal agencies to focus on race, gender, and sexuality when divvying up tax payer dollars for the various programs and efforts under their purview.
It’s an horrific, unAmerican order (archive link) that directs agencies to focus on immutable characteristics when determining who is worthy of tax-payer funded federal government aid or attention, including presumably negative attention to the category left out of this sweeping attempt to purposefully create systemic racism: straight white males.
Here’s part of the order:
By advancing equity, the Federal Government can support and empower all Americans, including the many communities in America that have been underserved, discriminated against, and adversely affected by persistent poverty and inequality. We can also deliver resources and benefits equitably to the people of the United States and rebuild trust in Government.
As we all know, one of the defining tenets of the racist anti-antiracism equity credo is “the only remedy to past discrimination is present discrimination.” And now the federal government will be applying this unconstitutional model as it mandates the delivery of federal resources and benefits “equitably.”
President Biden on Thursday signed an executive order that directs all federal agencies to produce an annual “equity action plan” aimed at removing barriers to agency resources for “underserved communities.”
The move follows Biden’s 2021 executive order, “Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government,” which asked agencies to launch a “whole-of-government approach to equity.” That order has already directed billions of dollars in federal resources to “disadvantaged” communities since it was signed.
. . . . The new order asks agencies to create annual plans that explain what steps they’ll take to “address the barriers underserved communities may face in accessing and benefiting from the agency’s policies …”
It calls on federal agencies to build “agency equity teams” and create senior leadership positions that will be held accountable for carrying out the order. Those teams will be involved in carrying out another requirement to improve efforts to reach out to “impacted communities.”
The order instructs the Office of Management and Budget to support the implementation of these efforts by reserving money in the budget, which the Biden administration has yet to deliver this year despite an early February deadline required by law.
Also related to funding, the order says 50% of federal contracting dollars at federal agencies should be awarded to “small disadvantaged businesses.” It also includes new instructions on how agencies should deal with “emerging civil rights risks.”
This is huge. And the implications were not lost on Tucker Carlson who delivered a stinging rebuke on Friday.

He made that announcement on the White House website and it proclaims that within 30 days, every federal agency, all of them from the Department of Justice to NASA, to the Social Security Administration, all of them all must “ensure” that they have an agency equity team within their respective agencies to coordinate the implementation of equity initiatives and these Maoist equity teams will report to something called the Gender Policy Council and the White House “environmental justice officer.” Does the environmental justice officer carry a sidearm? We don’t know actually.
We do know that running all of this, which is the largest racial tracking bureaucracy since the fall of Nazi Germany, will be former President Barack Obama and he’ll be doing that as always through his long-time lackey and cut out Susan Rice. Rice’s goal, the goal of the entire initiative, is to place the federal government, all of it, in opposition to a very specific slice of the American population, not a foreign population, our own population. Here’s how it works: Every single person in the United States will qualify for one of Joe Biden’s many protected categories except straight White men.
So, we’re all in this together, except those guys who are on the outs. It’s all of us versus them, straight White men. They will not be protected because they are, by virtue of being straight and White and male, the cause of the problem. They’re the enemy. So, this is a big change and it’s got enormous consequences. Among other things, it makes you wonder why would straight White men continue to pay their taxes? And by the way, what percentage of taxes in the United States are paid by straight White men? That’s one statistic you never hear. Why is that?
But if you’re one of them, you may wonder, “Wait, I’m working half the year for the government, which takes my money and then uses it to demonize me and disenfranchise me from a government I thought I was an equal owner of. I thought we were all in this together? We’re all citizens, but I still pay half my income to people who hate me? Why would I do that? It seems masochistic.”

How are people who did not vote for Biden or Obama or BC getting their “just desserts”? Not only will Citizens who weren’t even eligible to vote suffer the consequences, but the unborn will suffer as well. What legal alternatives are available to the people who were out voted?

You didn’t have to vote for Biden or Obama to get your “just deserts” (this is the correct spelling. I used to think it was not until someone corrected me and I looked up the phrasing). That’s why I included the second to last sentence we’re all going to get them. That’s what it means to live in a country. That said, this train left the station the minute the Civil Rights Act was signed into law. Lots of Republicans are proud of that moment but Barry Goldwater proved to be prescient.
Without the accumulation of “protected classes” gradually over 50 years, there would not be a reasonable basis in law for these regulations. Now it can be argued that there is.
To say this is unfair one would have to say the law of decades has been unfair, but it’s been formed by Congress.
Here’s a brain teaser. Imagine Trump gets back in. Would he repeal this regulation, or maybe just weaken it? Not sure he’d even want to weaken it. He always said unemployment for (blacks, hispanics, women, etc. etc. — but never white men) was going down. Maybe that was going down too, but he didn’t use that to justify his success.

You’re half right. This distinction of protected classes has existed in legislated law for decades now, and it’s gotten so that everyone has a protected class that they can claim except for straight white men.
I’ve proposed for years that it’s easy to fix this, just create one more protected class for them, and then it would be fair. But nobody has even proposed such a bill, House or Senate, Dem or Republican. Nobody. It’s been as unthinkable as revoking the Reedy Creek Improvement District in Florida.
Well a miracle happened in Florida, but nationally there’s no miracle.
And now that it’s settled law of long standing, surrounded by court precedents and civil rights enforcement in the DOJ and Dept. of Education, now Biden just brings it into the regulations.
Can’t say we didn’t have any warning. Along the way, if white people (including white women) had been a bit less attracted by political correctness and “inclusion” in the trendy social categories, there might have been enough bumps to stop this. As it is, this will go into effect before most white people even care.
So in a sense white people deserved this, and white men deserved it by having their women (collectively) not give a crap about them. Chickens coming home to roost. But of course it’s very bad and makes it even less likely this government can continue.

All it requires is five people on the Supreme Court to say it’s okay. What are the odds a Roberts or Kavanagh goes along with allowing the federal government to resegregate, because we all know the three Leftists on the court will allow it.
That is why the SCOTUS is considered the weakest of the three branches of government. It is up to US, the people in whom sovereignty resides, to re-establish constitutional law. We know what the US Constitution means. It is written in less than 2 pages in plain English and means exactly what it says.
Constitution is more like 20 pages and contains some twists and turns. Besides, what is the Constitution after the 14th Amendment? It’s a hard question, but if you don’t understand the point of the question, you don’t know what anyone’s been talking about all your life.
The modern version has been stuffed new amendments to come up with 20 pages. The original was much shorter and everyone in America understood the Bill of Rights at least. Our Constitution was written to be easily understood by even people who couldn’t read (which was a large portion of our population back then). Compare that to the 5000+ page EU Constitution and 800+ page Codex reconciling the Constitution to pre-EU member constitutions. Even lawyers don’t understand them.
I’m afraid you’re both wrong (or maybe you could say just half right?) The Constitution is a tool and Supreme Court precedent is the user manual. And that manual is far more than 20 pages and is constantly being re-written. Who knows what the rules will be when a case involving this toxic crap actually reaches the Court? And by then the damage might be significant no matter the outcome.
Where does the Constitution limit the administrative organization within the Executive Branch? I don’t see it. Each agency will be enforcing its rules within the sphere of its own competence, so the argument that overturned Biden’s vax-requirement rules for businesses won’t exist. Not sure how I’d frame a challenge, but hopefully someone does know how to do it.

I think you are confusing matters. There is a higher-level battle here, a spiritual problem we’ve had, expressed by the idea of the 60’s that the good life was somehow bad or too boring. Sorry, Tucker, this has been going on for half a century (you are among the straight white males fortunate not to have been skewered by it) — since the Feds aimed “Affirmative” [sic] Action at the college teaching profession. (I know, since that destroyed me in the ’70s.) And set-asides for (anti-white-male) preferences in contracting? They were around in the 80’s (“the 8(a) set-aside program) and destroyed me twice (although it looks like this newest iteration will be bigger).
