President Joe Biden proves he knows nothing about border security in a bizarre speech to confirm his visit to the border on Sunday.
The speech is a typical Biden speech. He doesn’t know what CBP stands for, called Vice President Kamala Harris “President Harris,” thought you could replace Title 42 with Title 8, and said 20,000lbs of fentanyl could only kill 1,000 people.

Biden also sounds sick.
Biden doesn’t even know anything about immigration because he thinks the government can replace Title 42 with Title 8 and 9:
BIDEN: “Title 42 is going to go a way before the end of the year in terms of Supreme Court — my prediction — and then we’re going to have to use Title 9 — Title, uh, 8. 8, right? Am I right? Yeah, Title 8. 8, 9.” (Laughter)
Um, how does a career politician not know Title 8? I snorted when he said Title 9.

President Biden appeared to not know what Title 8 is during his border speech, initially calling it Title 9, then he called it Title 8 and asked “am I right?”.
Title 8 is essentially the foundation of U.S. immigration law, unlike Title 42, which is a public health rule.

Title 42 makes the border worse:
BIDEN: “People turned away under Title 42. And there are not — and they’re not barred from trying to come back. They’ve been turned away. They go back. They try again to try again. Well, you know, they can and they do try to re-enter the United States again and again, which makes the problem that borders — at the border even worse.”

Instead, Biden told people from Cuba, Haiti, and Nicaragua not to show up at the border. The administration decided to expand “a humanitarian program for Venezuelans” to include people from those countries:
Biden announced an expansion of a humanitarian parole program for Venezuelan nationals to include Haitians, Cubans and Nicaraguans. That program will allow 30,000 individuals a month from all four countries to be paroled into the U.S. for a two-year period as long as they have a financial sponsor and pass other conditions. Those who attempt to enter illegally are made ineligible for the program.
“We anticipate this action is going to substantially reduce the number of people attempting to cross our southwest border without going through a legal process,” he said.
That expanded program will be combined with an expansion of Title 42 expulsions to include those nationalities, allowing up to 30,000 of those who enter the U.S. illegally each month to be quickly returned to Mexico. Additionally, the administration announced an increased use of an alternative removal authority — expedited removal — to remove those who do not claim asylum and who cannot be expelled under Title 42.
Apparently, there is an app people can use to seek asylum in America? Does it come pre-installed on the phones they gave to people last year? Weird:

If they’re seeking asylum, they can use an app on their cell phone called CBP One — O-N-E. CBP One — O-N-E.”

Then Biden compares to the migrants’ journey to Jews fleeing Germany:
REPORTER: “Mr. President do you believe that migration is a human right? Activists say that it is, what’s your take?”
BIDEN: “Well, I think it is a human right if your family’s being persecuted, if you’re being dealt with in a way, I mean, like it was a human right for, you know, Jews in Germany to be able to go and escape and get help where they could.”

There is no need to prove that he knows nothing. The burden is to prove that he knows something, anything at all.

No, he was not taking 10% of Hunter’s takings. That figure comes from Trump, who, as usual, did not understand what he was told and thus misrepresented it. Joe’s take, according to Hunter (who is not necessarily to be believed, of course, but he is the only source for this) was not 10% but 50%. Which makes much more sense. After all, the bribes were intended for Joe, not Hunter; a 50% commission seems reasonable, if generous, but how can anyone think he was paying 90%?!
The phrase “10% for the Big Guy”, which Trump heard and badly misunderstood, did not refer to Joe’s share of the bribes, but to a shareholding in a Delaware corporation that Hunter’s partner set up; Hunter and each of his three partners had 20%, and his uncle Jim and “the big guy” each had 10%.
Okay; if your figures are accurate, then dotard-marionette, Biden, is even more avaricious and corrupt than the 10% figure would indicate.
Hey, taking bribes is corrupt, but the size of the bag man’s commission doesn’t make one any more corrupt. As what’s-his-name is supposed to have said, “We’ve already established what you are, now we’re just haggling over the price”.
And keeping the commission down to a “measly” 50% is hardly avaricious! It’s the 90% figure that’s unbelievably generous! What kind of person is willing to corrupt himself and then keep only 10% of the profits?! That would make Hunter the corrupt politician and Joe the bag man, which makes no sense!
Be that as it may, at the end of the day, I despise them all; transparently greasy members of a crime family as lawless and greedy as any to be found in the mafia.

The 10% was in covert ownership of a single Ukranian corporation. And it was that “low” because there were other partners, including foreign partners.
The 50% was the amount of Hunter’s “salary” that Hunter claimed (in a tweet to his daughter) that “dad” was ripping off the top of his life.
Actually it was a Delaware corporation that Hunter and his partners were setting up as part of one of his Chinese deals. 10% of the shares in this company were to be secretly held for “the Big Guy”.
But that was not Joe’s take of his bribes. He was getting 50% of those. It would be really pathetic if Hunter’s cut of Joe’s bribes were more than Joe himself was getting. Remember, no one was bribing Hunter.
At this point, Biden should be required to wear a clown wig and nose for every public appearance.
And Kamala Harris should wear the corresponding clown sidekick/asistant costume.
Harris is half Indian, and wearing a leather pantsuit, looks a lot like Tonto. As for Biden, he already has the part of the masked man down pat.

OMG! I tried to watch the video. Really, I did. But got only 3 minutes into it before I felt my brain turning to mush and had to turn it off. I can’t imagine anyone listening to Biden drone on for 25 minutes and actually not going into a coma. Joe is simply that bad at public speaking these days.
In any case, this is just an example of democrats creating a problem (immigration) and then proposing totally unnecessary legislation/law to fix the problem they created in the first place. If the Biden regime would simply enforce existing immigration law then we wouldn’t have the problem in the first place. But there we go and here we are.
