A U.S. intelligence official reported that two Russian missiles crossed into Poland.
The missiles hit a farm in Przewodów, located near Poland’s border with Ukraine.
The hit occurred when Russia launched 85 missiles at Ukraine.
Here is a report from Polish radio (I used Google translate):

The Polish radio station also confirmed that “Prime Minister [Mateusz] Morawiecki urgently convened the Committee of the Council of Ministers for National Security and Defense Affairs.”
Russia is denying the reports:
The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation denied reports that Russian missiles had landed on Polish territory. “Information provided in the Polish media and by officials about the alleged fall of ‘Russian’ missiles in the area of Przewodów is a deliberate provocation aimed at escalating the situation,” the Russian Defense Ministry said on its Telegram channel.
