Border Patrol, Citizens Continue to Find Hundreds of Thousands of Fentanyl Pills and Hundreds of Pounds of Meth in Arizona

We should start a fentanyl and methamphetamine series because the Border Patrol and regular citizens seem to find many of these drugs every day.

I came across a few stories of the border patrol and one ordinary citizen finding thousands of fentanyl pills and hundreds of pounds of methamphetamine.

On September 8, a Phoenix man found a black bag on his property. It contained 117,500 fentanyl pills and 50lbs of meth.

Three things have happened this past week, including today:

Port of Nogales Director Michael Humphries said 26,000 fentanyl pills were found Tuesday in the gas tank of a car.A day later, U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers stopped a vehicle containing approximately 276,000 fentanyl pills in the spare tire of a vehicle during K9 operations at the same location.

Today? Port of Nogales again, ladies and gentlemen!

Over 400,000 fentanyl pills, some of which are colored, and 152lbs of meth.

The officers found the drugs “in the back wall of a truck cab, the side walls of a vehicle and throughout a pickup truck.”
