Longtime readers will recall that bumper stickers once were a regular feature here, particularly during the Obama presidency. In recent years, we haven’t run many. Maybe bumper stickers are making a comeback?

It’s hard to believe an army of pedophiles has invaded public school teaching positions. But invaded they have.
All those female teachers arrested for having sex with their students, dating back to the ’90s if not farther, were the tip of the iceberg.

Not really. The tip of the iceberg was in the mid-70s or so, when the left argued for sex education to begin. They PROMISED then, that it would never progress into anything objectionable. I remember reading their promises in Time magazine.

You have to be careful about using bumper stickers which announce non-leftist thinking.
I hang an American flag on US holidays. I feel like I’m taking a risk when I do that. But a non-leftist bumper sticker in an invitation to vandalism.

have flown the lone star and the stars and stripes 24/7 here at the ranch for decades–have never had an incident–occaisionaly fly the southern cross and the star of david to honour the in-laws of our family–had a sibling(a life-long liberal nutcase) who, on a rare visit to the ranch, told me that flying the stars and stripes and the lone star was ” the mark of a pure redneck “–told her that didn’t give a particular damn what she thought of me but if she meant to disrespect our flags (which are her flags as well) she was welcome to leave immediately and never come back–she never mentioned it again
Finally took my flag down last year. I got tired of picking it up off the ground after being pulled out of the holder. Finally pinned the flagpole to the holder and someone ripped the whole thing out of the wall. Some things just are not tolarated in progressive Oak Park, IL.
I would suggest that if reside in an area so totalitarian that your freedom of expression is putting you and your family in danger then it would be wise to consider relocation to an area of the Nation that respects the basic rights of freedom of thought. The previous great sorting has only accelerated in the wake of Covid and the impacts of BLM/antifa running amuck.
You do not want to be the last car leaving the area when the antifa brigade is emboldened by the weak politicians to set up TCP to deny your exit to greener pastures.

Yeah, most people are afraid to use bumper stickers now, because your car will get keyed or worse by the “tolerant” retardates.
