L.A. Kids Wear Masks to School a Day After Celebrities, Politicians Go Maskless at Super Bowl
L.A. Dept. of Health: “Headed to the Big Game? Masks will be required at the stadium. Fans will also need to show vaccination proof or a negative COVID-19 test prior to entry.”
Los Angeles officials will likely drop the outdoor mask mandate on Wednesday. The indoor mask mandate will likely stay through March.
That means children will go to school in Los Angeles in a non-cloth mask on Monday morning.
Attention Los Angeles Unified families: As a reminder, students will be required to wear a non-cloth mask with a nose wire at all times, including while participating in athletic activities. Schools will provide surgical-style masks for students and employees if they need them. pic.twitter.com/0uoDJ3xXvv

So, of course, everyone wore a mask to the Super Bowl at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on Sunday, right?
Right?!

Nope! Thank you, Twitchy, for grabbing a lot of these tweets.
Here’s the video of every celebrity without a mask during the Super Bowl. But every kid in California will have to be wearing them tomorrow in school. They must all be holding their breaths the entire game. pic.twitter.com/Dc9yVd7RPf

LA Mayor @ericgarcetti once again ignoring the mask mandate. That’s the second game in a row (last time he said he was holding his breath), but they are still forcing kids to wear masks every day. pic.twitter.com/PaGRhbye2x

It is not for you to question, peasant!
I would like Ellen to wear a mask after the mandates are over, for my visual welfare.
Ragging on celebrities for going maskless is unfair. Behind a mask, they’d be no better-looking than most of the rest of us Joe Sixpacks and Jane Chardonnays.
What good is Genetic Privilege if you’re not flaunting it?
The hypocrisy is a FEATURE of the mandates. It is intended to show clearly who are the important people and who are the little people. Stay in your place. Do what you’re told.
Or else.
Read elsewhere..
“It’s not hypocrisy. It’s hierarchy.”
Yeah, we understood this when AOC and her hoits all went maskless at the Met, and were waited on hand and foot by humble, masked slaves.
You mean the kids of the people who voted for this madness and didn’t recall Newsom are suffering???
I’m completely out of give-a-shits.
Masks on the kids of the unwashed masses protect obese Party Members who perform the valuable state funded job of properly indoctrinating them to be obedient and compliant Party loving citizens of “our precious Democracy.”
It’s California.
Last sane person to leave, please lock the gate.
Let the rest of them continue to eat Michelle Obama lunches into their 40s.
No reports on how the human trafficking industry did on Super Bowel Sunday. A good day for underage hookers from the state that funnels 3rd graders up from the 3rd world. I suppose those kids to take their masks off while working.
The Government: Everyone needs to wear a mask. Unless you’re important. So, you need to put on your mask.
So Romanesque of them.
Masks for the offspring of the unwashed masses are necessary. To protect the elites.
If you don’t get them used to masks young, how are they going to learn to be good little slaves?
I didn’t watch the game, but this is not surprising. What is the point of being Communist royalty if you can’t grind the faces of the proles into the mud and remind them they are powerless, worthless nobodies?
Alec Baldwin is a prime example of Communist royalty. He remains free and still claims he did not pull the trigger in the shooting death of Halyna Hutchins. The worst that is likely to happen is that he MIGHT have to fork over a few dollars to settle some lawsuits. You and I would be facing some serious jailtime if we were accused of doing what he did.
Oh my goodness. What the heck has happened to Ellen DeGeneres. He really needs to make sure to put on plenty of make-up before taking those selfies. Really, he does. Took me a couple seconds to recognize who it was. And even then I wasn’t sure.
In any case, the county where I live imposed another mask mandate on us. But everyone is treating it as a joke. It’s not being enforced & nobody seems to worry about it. In fact, the business I work for posted signs on the doors the first day of the mandate . . . and then took all of the signs down the very next day. Pretty much they aren’t worried about it either. Our customers can either wear a mask or not. We’re not going to kick you out if you don’t.
