Facebook Removes ‘Convoy to D.C. 2022’ Group, Claiming It Violated ‘Policies Around QAnon’

American truckers organized their own protest against COVID vaccine mandates by forming the Facebook group “Convoy to D.C. 2022.”

It had over 130,000 members!

But Facebook quickly removed the group: “We have removed this group for repeatedly violating our policies around QAnon.”

Facebook declared QAnon a “violence-inducing conspiracy network.” Therefore the company will remove any groups, pages, or administrators associated with it.

There’s more truth in rumors about Elvis Presley still being alive than that statement!

Three people associated with the convoy appeared on Fox & Friends this morning: Group founder Jeremy Johnson set up the group, convoy co-founder Brian Brase, and trucker Mike Landis.

Johnson claimed Facebook likes “to silence people that speak the truth.” He contacted a civil rights attorney because Facebook also erased his personal page.

Brase unloaded on Facebook’s statement while Landis explained why the movement is happening:

“I have to laugh about that. Can they contact me or something? Can we talk? That’s not true,” he asked on “Fox & Friends” Wednesday. “They actually had offered the administrators to remove content and then request to review again. They didn’t even give that option.”They literally wiped Mike Landis and Jeremy completely out of Facebook,” he said. “They don’t even have a profile anymore, so how are you supposed to request a review or remove anything?”Landis, a trucker involved in the freedom convoy, told host Carley Shimkus that this movement is “a long time coming.” He said Americans are tired of the “government overreach” and criticized politicians for, as he believes, not following the Constitution.”The presence of that amount of people that show that they are unhappy with what’s going on is a good way to hopefully get their attention,” he said.

Brase mentioned non-truckers joined the movement. It included people of all races, religions, sexual orientations, etc.

Johnson with the mic drop: “The government needs to really take a look at what the American people want. And they don’t want mandates.”
