If they were seeking justice there wouldn’t even be a trial.
Wright was out of control. Even after he was shot he still drove off.
As Andrew Branca said previously, “Potter would likely have been legally privileged to shoot Wright, had she done so intentionally.”
State wants to impeach Sgt. Johnson because he was in the police union… Isn’t he their witness? Didn’t they call him to the stand? And isn’t it likely every officer in that department is a member of the union, including their other witnesses?
I think witless is a good description for these scumbags that pretend to be district attorneys.
AHH the force policy is exhibit 333, which is half of 666, so that makes Potter evil and an instrument of the devil. Case closed, put her away. Checkmate.
It’s a conspiracy. The judge and the prosecution are colluding to put us all to sleep. This is even more soporific than watching the tide come in.
I believe the prosecution is trying to drag out the trial so deliberations start on Dec. 23. This will give hold out jurors for guilty more pressure to convince the others.
Jurors for innocent will hold out longer than jurors for guilty because they have more morals and ethics.
Most boring trial ever. This is unbearable.
Serious (if stupid) question: is the defendant required to be in the courtroom during his or her trial, or can he or she elect to wait elsewhere?
I don’t think I could bear having to sit through the prosecution’s railroad me or intentionally misleading the jury. I don’t think I could stop myself from bursting out with denials.
My heart ached for Kyle and aches for Ms. Potter because they are good and decent people trying to help their communities.
