Private School in Florida Allegedly Excluding ‘Cisgender Males’ From Theater Production

“giving female-identifying, trans-identifying, genderfluid, and/or non-gender-conforming actors the opportunity to tell an amazing story”

Have you noticed that the people screaming the loudest about discrimination seem the most comfortable behaving this way?

The College Fix reports:

Report: Elite Florida school excludes ‘cisgender males’ from theater production

An elite private boarding school in Boca Raton, Florida reportedly is putting on a theater production which excludes “cisgender males.”

According to a tweet by Robby Starbuck, the Episcopalian Saint Andrews School’s version of the play “Men On Boats” will follow that devised by playwright Jaclyn Backhaus, who used a cast “entirely of people who are not” (cisgender) white men.

“This year’s play will be ‘Men On Boats,’” reads a document provided to Starbuck by a whistleblower. The story is about “a group of American explorers sent by the American government to ride down the Colorado River and claim land throughout the Grand Canyon in 1869.

“Though the explorers were all cisgender males, the play calls for the cast to be made up of actors who are not cisgender males, giving female-identifying, trans-identifying, genderfluid, and/or non-gender-conforming actors the opportunity to tell an amazing story.”

According to a late 2019 review by DC Metro Theater Arts, Backhaus’s “Men On Boats” is American history “as it needs to be retold: Without a white man in sight” … it highlights the “ludicrous arrogance with which Western colonizers conquered lands.”

The College Fix asked play director Tucker DeGregory for comment, including if cisgender males would be permitted to try out for roles in the production. He did not respond.

“Cisgender” aka heterosexual.
How is it the QWERTYX crowd demands QWERTYX people play QWERTYX roles, but not the same for hetero roles?

If you “have a story to tell” how is it “told” through a playwright’s words? Isn’t the actor reading the written word of the playwright?

4% of the population. That’s what all this discriminatory fuss is over. 4%. So look out, other 96%, because what you want doesn’t mean squat. The tyranny of the minority.

Exclusion is inclusion.
Racism is anti-racism.
Lies are truth.
Epstein killed himself.
Biden won the election.

Assuming they were in fact arrogant, how is their arrogance ludicrous? Winning would appear to justify arrogance.

Normal men do not get involved in “theater.” That is left for beta males who are usually qwhear to begin with.

So, in other words, seasons 2 through 4 of Glee.

This is sadly going to be the new trend– all thanks to “Hamilton” and its discrimination against white actors– for whom NONE of the unions stood up for.
BUT, take a look at what happens when a non-alphabet-identifying individual gets cast as in a role that doesn’t exactly line up with their genetic make-up— all hell breaks loose.

Leftists– if it weren’t for DOUBLE standards, they’d have none at all…

Why don’t we give those who are not cisgender males opportunities to tell amazing stories from history about people who were not cisgender males? Surely there must be some stories like that, that aren’t just about gender politics itself.

This episode brings up that uncomfortable truth: a lot of history really was about cisgender males, very often white ones. From robbing banks to inventing the transistor.
