YouTube Purges Trump’s CPAC Speech, Suspends Right Side Broadcasting For Posting It

Search “Trump 2021 CPAC Speech.” I did and I only got snippets, highlights, and news reports covering the speech.

YouTube suspended Right Side Broadcasting Network’s (RSBN) account for two weeks over President Donald Trump’s CPAC speech and then removed the video.

The video had almost four million views. RSBN also said the video has disappeared from other YouTube accounts.

I searched “Trump 2021 CPAC Speech” on YouTube.

I found snippets of the speech, highlights, news reports on the speech, and outtakes from late-night shows.

I cannot find Trump’s 2021 CPAC speech.

Russia Today reported that YouTube removed the speech from its YouTube account:

On Tuesday, RT and its German-language channel RT DE got a notice from YouTube that the video of Trump speaking at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Florida on Sunday was being flagged for a “strike” under the platform’s rules on “supporting the 2020 US presidential election” announced in December.

Yet when asked for a clarification, YouTube responded that the video lacks “enough context that additionally describes and demonstrates that this is Trump’s violative CPAC speech” and that “more details and explanatory information must be provided.”

There was no answer as to how such details and explanations should be provided in a live feed that did not have a correspondent commenting, or if it would be enough to include it in the text description underneath – something RT and our video news agency Ruptly have repeatedly asked about, without ever getting a response.

After RT’s inquiry YouTube proceeded to delete the video outright, for violating its “spam, deceptive practices and scams policy.”

How about posting a short lead to the likes of YouTube, Facebook and others, with a link the full content on Gab or other sites?

I have just seen this video in full on GAB.
It is disgusting how the west has allowed this tech take over.

JusticeDelivered in reply to Eliza. | March 5, 2021 at 10:17 am

There is no doubt in my mind that removal of comment sections, was coordinated across all media and tech.

Meh, I’m a fan of the “deer season” theory. Deer don’t have to conspire to hide during daylight hours and come out only after sunset. They figure it out individually.

MSM outlets, leftist hate organizations, gun control cults, and the like, all got tired of getting hammered day in and day out by people calling their lies out, so they removed the forum. Didn’t need an Illuminati convention.

My2centshere | March 4, 2021 at 7:37 pm

Don’t count on big tech to support you ever. They hate us and they’re just proving it a little at a time.

Why would anybody be surprised by this? More important question, since we knew this would happen.. What other platform besides Facebook is the speech posted to?

Re-electing Trump was probably the last opportunity to stop this madness. They’re going to try to cancel anyone who doesn’t kneel before their Zod.

Milhouse in reply to olhardhead. | March 5, 2021 at 12:01 am

No, it doesn’t look like he might be right. He’s a lunatic, and so is the anonymous person making these bizarre claims.

olhardhead in reply to Milhouse. | March 5, 2021 at 8:05 am

I wish you were right Milhouse I really do but after all that has happened I fear that you are wrong. We have lost our country to a massive coup. We have been subverted by the left and will never have a free election again…prove me wrong…

Evil Otto in reply to olhardhead. | March 5, 2021 at 6:36 am

Lin Wood is constantly making claims, and never seems to back any of them up.

olhardhead in reply to Evil Otto. | March 5, 2021 at 8:06 am

Have you read the interview transcripts?

        mark311 in reply to olhardhead. | March 5, 2021 at 10:19 am

Who cares find a source that’s credible.

          olhardhead in reply to mark311. | March 5, 2021 at 12:55 pm

so Mark311, who would be credible to you? Do you think that Rosenstein, Wray, and others are incapable of doing such things? Do you think that this could not happen? Do you think that the heinous crimes mentioned could not be perpetrated by people in high places? Do you think the DOJ and FBI would never be involved in such things mentioned? Do you think the court system couldn’t possibly be corrupted by such tactics from the left? Do you think it’s impossible to corrupt our election process? In his post he makes this statement:

“I am convinced a thorough law enforcement investigation is demanded.

You may now review this evidence and come to your own conclusions.”

Is it possible in these times to think that nothing in this statement is true and could not possibly be true so therefore no investigation of any kind is necessary? I lived in a world like that last year but i’ve had to leave because it doesn’t exist anymore…

          mark311 in reply to mark311. | March 5, 2021 at 3:41 pm

          @olhardhead

The key traits of a good source is one that demonstrates reason and evidence. Lin Wood does not and consistently fails in that respect.

You lead into make a series of wild claims. Sure sometimes authority’s make mistakes or get things wrong but again you have to demonstrate that with regard to the specific situation we are talking about. Since that hasn’t happened yet I won’t malign another party for no reason. If you can provide a credible source if be happy to take a look at it.

Lin did such great work for Nick “Covington” Sandmann, I was looking forward to him wiping the floor with Kyle Rittenhouse’s prosecutor, but that is not to be. I am curious as to whether he was fired by the family for channeling Q like this, and whether he was channeling Q like this back when he was winning for Nick.

Danny in reply to henrybowman. | March 7, 2021 at 6:58 pm

He was one of a series of lawyers hired to do a job, he wasn’t lead council and did very little in the case.

Do you even know the name of the lawyer who actually did the work instead of appearing for headlines?

This is what war looks like.

Enough with youtube. Post on bitchute.com and cite to it.

It will be fun watching Google, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn get what they have comming after Dems and Rinos get what the have coming.

The YouTube social platform, the Google steering engine et al under the umbrella corporation Alphabet.

SpaceInvader | March 4, 2021 at 10:32 pm

By not allowing legal video to be posted YouTube is acting as a publisher not a platform!

Milhouse in reply to SpaceInvader. | March 5, 2021 at 12:08 am

Sigh. Repeating a lie 1000 times does not make it true.

YouTube is acting exactly as § 230 envisaged, as a distributor, just like any bookstore. § 230 explicitly provides that refusing to distribute certain user-provided content does not make it liable for content it has not refused to distribute, but it is almost certain that the same would be true even without § 230.

There’s no § 230 for bookstores; the courts have correctly understood the constitution to provide them with the same immunity that § 230 gives YouTube. Had congress not acted, there is little doubt that the awful Prodigy decision would have been overturned on appeal and the courts would have recognized that the same rules apply.

I must say, I do like this new right we apparently have to use other people’s computers for free.

My neighbour got his hands on the new Xbox before they sold out. Imma head over there and play some Assassin’s Creed while I’m at work.

Lucifer Morningstar in reply to Milhouse. | March 5, 2021 at 8:45 am

47 U.S. Code § 230 (2) Civil liability No provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be held liable on account of—

      (A) any action voluntarily taken in good faith to restrict access to or availability of material that the provider or user considers to be obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, excessively violent, harassing, or otherwise objectionable, whether or not such material is constitutionally protected; . . .

So tell me. What “good faith” reason did Alphabet Inc. (DBA YouTube) have for removing all copies of Trump’s CPAC speech. Please be specific. Thanks.

“or otherwise objectionable” covers a lot of ground, giving plenty of scope to do whatever the hell they like. In context Trump has made claims around election fraud which many think are complete and utter crap.

Lucifer Morningstar in reply to mark311. | March 5, 2021 at 11:52 am

That doesn’t answer the question. Under what good faith reasoning did Alphabet Inc. (DBA YouTube) remove Trump’s 2021 CPAC speech. Just claiming, “Objectionable Speech” doesn’t do it.

          mark311 in reply to mark311. | March 5, 2021 at 3:36 pm

I gave you a clear reason why YouTube could find his speech objectionable. It’s demonstrable that Trump lied through his teeth with regard to election fraud claims so it’s entirely reasonable to not show a video further demonstrating that lie.

henrybowman in reply to Lucifer Morningstar. | March 5, 2021 at 6:19 pm

Aaargh, don’t quote good faith law when you’re saddled with an administration that is insisting on precisely the same lies about terrorism and insurrection that these corporations will use in their own defense.

felixrigidus in reply to Milhouse. | March 5, 2021 at 8:01 pm

§230 applies if the actions are in good faith.
Youtube is acting in bad faith, which is obvious.
      Sigh.

A former president cancelled! Madness!!

So much for PDJT receiving the second most votes in the history of the republic. None of that matters now.

Leftist don’t need government censorship, they don’t for their government. Good little soldiers.

Why do people continue using NoClueTube? Use Rumble. Sure I realize NoClueTube is bigger and has many more “viewers” but, as part of the cancel culture elite, they have no moral compass other than pointed directly at He!! in a Handbasket. I would hope that there are copies of the speech on Rumble. RSBN should know better. NoClueTube was doing phony stuff with their broadcasts during the election cycle. If there is truth to anything, it has no place with these boobs at that toob. Just think about what they did with every hydroxychloraquine video. Banned. I suspect it was ordered by either Bammy or Nammy Pull-oh-see. Either way, back off them!

Where are our elected representatives? Where is there outrage? Why isn’t every Rep Senator and Congressman on every TV channel letting it be known that they won’t stand for this. We have one of the top communications channels in the country actively suppressing conservative speech. And all of our so-called Republican leaders can be bothered to say boo? This is just outrageous.

We are living thru a dangerous mix of IDIOCRACY and 1984.

Look Mark311, I’m not championing Lin Wood. He made statements concerning these people and now he’s presenting some of HIS evidence to show the reason for his claims. You won’t believe anyone that presents anything that doesn’t follow your views and that’s fine. It does make you look shallow and quite frankly stupid. As I said in my previous post after all that has happened in the last four years and particularly in the last year no sane person could possibly think that these things that did happen could never ever happen. That’s what your telling me now. I read these transcripts and while I can’t say that any of them are positive evidence of wrong doing by the people involved…BUT…I can damn sure tell you that some of this stuff absolutely happened and the DOJ AND FBI WILL NOT DO A DAMN THING ABOUT IT. You can live in fantasy land I’ll stay here in Real Ville. You didn’t read a single word of these transcripts. Go. Sit. Down!

Danny in reply to olhardhead. | March 7, 2021 at 7:01 pm

The only thing you provided is that Lin Wood knows how to speak and make claims. He isn’t even on your side he actively promoted a conspiracy theory designed to keep Republican voters home and give the senate to Democrats that kept Republicans home and gave the senate to Democrats.

By the way how is putting Mike Pence in front of a firing squad going?

Lin Wood is either a Democrat and grifter who wants you to think there is no point in voting (most likely) or a complete lunatic stop listening to him.

This is censorship and it is wrong and shouldn’t happen we should have a robust political conversation.

But Trump did actually lie about the 2020 election in the speech.

He claimed PA got back more ballots than they mailed out which is a lie which depends on comparing number of ballots mailed out during the primary to number of ballots returned during the general election instead of comparing number of ballots mailed out during the general election to number returned during the primary.

It is important to fight censorship but you need to know when you are defending an unpopular lie when doing it.

Trump wasn’t censored in this case for anything he said about Biden similar to identical statements from Republicans are on youtube with googles approval. He was censored because he claimed he won the 2020 election and claimed that PA got back more ballots than they sent out.

I defend Trump’s right to do that but this is a very tough censorship argument to win because the victim actually is in the wrong as far as what the truth of the matter is and the public does generally judge censorship cases that way.
