Police Identify Ahmad Al-Issa as Boulder Shooting Suspect
Looks like the alleged shooter hated Trump, too.
Police identified Ahmad Al-Issa, 21, as the suspect in the Boulder, Colorado, grocery store shootings.
Authorities charged him with 10 counts of murder.

Alissa is now in custody and has been charged with 10 counts of murder. At 2.40pm, he opened fire on King Soopers grocery store in Boulder, killing ten people.
He was taken into at 3.28pm and was transported to the hospital to be treated for injuries. He is now in a stable condition and has been charged but his motive remains unknown.
Police have still not yet confirmed that he was the man who was seen being led out of the grocery store in handcuffs, bleeding from the leg.
All of his victims have been identified.
They include; Denny Strong, 20, Nevin Statinsky, 23, Ricky Olds, 25, Suzanne Fountain, 59, Terry Licher, 51, Officer Eric Talley, 51, Kevin Mahoney, 61, Lynn Murray, 62, Jodie Waters, 65.
The left’s narrative went out the window. The shooter is not a white supremacist and he hated Trump.

The main evidence for that would be the police saying no one was wounded other than the suspect in the incident. (All those otherwise shot died, evidently.)

I don’t think that is him. I remember reading there was a shirtless man on the scene who was being erratic. This is probably him being taken into custody for some other charge. This guy is an older and White. If you see the butthole bandits photo from his social media post about Trump (I just saw it on here) you can see they are not the same person.
I was wrong. That is him. I read somewhere he is Syrian so that explains why he does not look like a typical Mid Easterner. But his general appearance also made me think that was not the photo of a 21 years old.

The fact we didn’t see a photo, hear a name or any other personal information on the shooter told me those details were likely not useful to the media.
Told me it wasn’t a “white” guy, at least as defined by the social justice warriors. Had it been a member of the Proud Boys, we would have known before the gunsmoke had cleared.
Heck, you did hear it before the smoke cleared. They were speculating he was white as soon as the cops said they had arrested him (vs. killed him).

It’s been reported that he’s lived in the US for most of his life, but not all. For what it’s worth, the surname Al-Issa is a fairly common last name in Syria.

From what I can tell about this guy, he had a misdemeanor conviction for assault in Colorado.

The only misdemeanor assault that I can find in the Colorado revised statutes is 18-3-204 a Class 1 misdemeanor and punishable by up to 24 months in prison.

According to federal law and thus Colorado law, I don’t think he should have been allowed to purchase a firearm because of his criminal conviction. Go look at question 21(c) on the 4473.
