Rep. Maxine Waters: I want AG William Barr “out of DOJ, disbarred, disgraced, & investigated”
Laugh at her all you want, but Maxine Waters is where the Democrat Party is today.
It was easy to laugh at Democrat Rep. Maxine Waters when she repeated early and often that she wanted Trump impeached.
But when Democrats regained control of the House in 2018, Waters was among the leaders in pushing towards and achieving impeachment.
Water’s anti-Trump fever has not broken one bit. The acquital in the Senate and Trump’s rise in the polls has cause Waters and many other Democrats to focus their hate on Attorney General William Barr.
There has been a year-long effort to demonize Barr and lay the groundwork to remove him, dating back at least to Barr’s release of the Mueller Report. Once again, Waters is leading the charge to remove Barr, tweeting:
It’s not enough for Barr to resign. I want him out of DOJ, disbarred, disgraced, & investigated for obstruction of justice. Barr sabotaged Mueller report, was in on Ukraine plot, & now he wants to free Trump’s criminal friends. In my estimation, they ALL belong in jail!
If you thought that was not crazy enough, Waters is still pushing Russia, Russia, Russia:
Trump using AG Barr to get his criminal friends out of jail is the tip of the iceberg. I’ll say it again: Trump will pardon Flynn, Manafort, & Stone b/c the GOP cowards in the Sen bowed to his feet. Repubs now stand for crime, corruption, autocracy, & Russia! They are PATHETIC!

I was under the impression that by the time we are adults that we understand that are immediate family might care if we are mad, or if we want something, but the rest of the world does not give a s!!t. Apparently, Maxine Waters is so dumb that she doesn’t understand this.
The democratic of her district is changing. I wonder how many more terms she has?

Barr’s inability to understand Trump makes him look like part of the deep state himself.
Maybe this will motivate him.
Don’t believe what you read about the Barr/Trump feud in the media. Barr isn’t going anywhere, and any rumors that say otherwise are the wishful thinking of minds polluted with hate.
Give Barr credit but understand what he is. He’s a member of Team Bush. The Bushes aren’t patriots, but neither are they Communists or nihilists. They don’t want America destroyed as long as there’s something left to loot. So for now, they will make common cause with loyal Americans to fight the “burn it all down” revolutionaries.
I find it interesting that the closer Barr looks at the “Deep State ” the louder the Democrats scream.
Remember in 2016 Hilary stated they were all going to “hang”…..

The nastiness in her heart is eclipsed only by the nastiness of her face. She isn’t content to merely disagree with people, she sees it as her mission to ruin them.
She could be arrested for assault just for wearing her face.

Off topic – can anyone with actual experience in Federal litigation comment on how this action by a federal judge is within judicial norms, and how often judges do it in high profile cases?
Do they include all letters they receive in the record?

You know if they put *all* letters into the case record, it would be a shame if a few thousand letters of support were to wind up in the courtroom.

I don’t practice criminal law, nor in federal court.
I was very surprised to see letters being accepted in the Stone case. Letters of people that don’t seem to even be acquainted with Stone, but merely making what amount to political points.

This is classic Maxine Waters. I’m old enough to remember in the 80s and the left’s effort to bring down Reagan in his 2nd term with the “Iran-Contra Scandal” when Waters claimed Oliver North and the CIA were funding the whole thing by selling cocaine in South Central LA.
