Brown University Launches Investigation Over Homophobic Graffiti Found in Dorm

When did people begin taking graffiti seriously? It’s something stupid someone scrawled on a wall.

The Providence Journal reports:

Brown University investigating homophobic graffiti in dormThe Brown University Department of Public Safety is investigating homophobic graffiti written inside one of the school’s dormitories, according to a report in the Brown Daily Herald.Homophobic graffiti has been documented at Hegeman Hall dormitory by the Public Safety department, Vice President for Campus Life Eric Estes and Associate Vice President for Campus Life Koren Bakkegard wrote in an email to the dormitory’s residents, the Daily Herald reported.The graffitti was first seen in late November, according to the report, and more than 15 incidents have been documented.
