Professor Jacobson is joining Austin-based Texas Public Policy Foundation at 11:30 CT to discuss the raging free speech wars.
TPPF’s Thomas Lindsay, Ph.D. will have a conversation with Cornell Law Professor and Legal Insurrection website publisher William A. Jacobson. Topics will include how campus free speech problems have moved off campus through the “call out” and “cancel” culture, the role of “intersectionality” theory, and the threat posed by high tech content filtering. Professor Jacobson will also discuss his experiences as a conservative professor on a liberal campus.
