Bin Laden Bodyguard Living on the Dole in Germany
German authorities won’t deport the Tunisian Islamist citing “likelihood” of “torture” back home
According to German media reports, Osama bin Laden’s former bodyguard has been drawing huge welfare payments for the past several years after the 42-year-old Tunisian man and his family received permanent asylum in the country. German authorities made these revelations following a formal request for information submitted by the right-wing Alternative for Germany (AfD) party.
German immigration authorities are refusing to deport the former Al Qaeda henchman, identified as Sami A., back to Tunisia, citing “the considerable likelihood” of “torture and inhumane or degrading treatment,” German newspaper BILD reported. German security services classify Sami A. as a “security risk” due to his past links and current activities, German broadcaster Deutsche Welle revealed. Another German newspaper described him as a “key figure in German Islamist scene.”
“A man, who according to the police is a threat to the general public, is funded by the same public to lead a carefree life. Nobody truly believes that the state cannot do anything to put an end to it,” the BILD lashed out at the government for not deporting the former bin Laden confidant.
These news reports once again highlight the absurdity of Germany’s open doors immigration policy. While elderly Germans increasingly face poverty, the country is turning into a safe haven for foreign jihadis.
On Tuesday, the regional German newspaper RHEINISCHE POST covered the details of the welfare payments going to Sami A. and his family:

Sami A. gets 1167,48 euros from the city of Bochum each month. That is in accordance with the Asylum Seekers Benefits Act. This amount has come to light following a query made by the Alternative for Germany’s [AfD] Bochum chapter. The detailed breakdown of the payments was not offered in the response. The recipients are Sami A., his wife and two children. There are some additional [social benefit] payments as well. Thomas Eiskirch, the Lord Mayor of Bochum, turned down our editorial request to comment on the facts.
All this despite Sami A. being regarded as the key figure in Germany’s Islamist scene. North Rhine-Westphalia state’s intelligence agency’s [BfV] has been watching him since 2006. He was reportedly at the Afganistan[-based] Al Qaida camp in 2001. He personally denies any contact with the terrorist organisation.
Despite several attempts, Sami A. cannot be deported to the country of his origin, Tunisia, in keeping with the court’s verdict. The verdict was reaffirmed in April 2017. State’s Higher Administrative Court had decided in that instance that Sami A. can not be deported back to Tunisia even if the political situation change, as he could face torture there. In the wake of the migrant crisis, during which Germany accepted more than a million asylum seekers, the number of individuals classified as radical Muslims in the country has crossed the 11,000-mark. In 2013, that figure was at 5,500—almost half of the current total. Welfare benefits have become a major source of income for these jihadis.
Many radical Muslims see Europe’s welfare system as a legitimate source of revenue since extracting booty from the non-believers is a sanctioned practice under the rules of Sharia warfare. Throughout the Islamic history, “Jizyah” protection-money levied on non-Muslims has been a big source of revenue of Islamic conquerors, a practice revived by the ISIS in Syria and Iraq.
Islamists immigrating to Europe have no qualms about defrauding the native taxpayer as they bring their jihad to the West. In fact, they openly justify their fraudulent behavior by citing Islamic theology. “The rest of the year they were busy with jihad and things like that,” UK’s leading Islamist preacher Anjem Choudary told followers in 2013. “People will say, ‘Ah, but you are not working’. But the normal situation is for you to take money from the Kuffar. So we take Jihad Seeker’s Allowance.”
While Islamists like Sami A. continue to draw huge sums from the public treasury, German pensioners are left out in the cold. During Chancellor Merkel’s tenure, the poverty in the country has reached historic levels. Nearly 20 percent of Germans are threatened by poverty, the German Federal Statistical Office claim. The poverty levels under her Chancellorship are “higher than ever since the unification of the Federal Republic and the German Democratic Republic [Communist East Germany],” the German broadcaster Deutsche Welle confirmed.
Despite the media outcry over the latest revelations, it is highly unlikely anyone can force the government to deport the bin Laden confidant or tighten the country’s immigration law. With Chancellor Merkel and her Socialist-backed coalition at the helm for another four years, Germany will continue to attract Islamist freeloaders who seek to wage jihad on the West and expect the unsuspecting “infidels” to pay for it.

Surely his past actions merit torture or worse. How many maimings and death did he play a role?

Rather than put muslims on welfare, why not offer payments to germans to have more children?
1) Because the German government wants Germany to be Muslim by the end of the 21st Century, thinking that they will still be in charge instead of being beheaded.
2) It is hard to get Germans to raise kids, because the process is hard work for a lot of years and requires personal sacrifice. Not German characteristics anymore.
3) For those willing to do that work, and make that sacrifice, would you be willing to bring children into what Germany will become by the time they are raised? If you are part of the small minority who wants kids, it is better to immigrate out of Europe.
Unfortunately, Britain, France and Sweden also will likely be Muslim by the end of the century.
Simple solution for Merkel. Just send him to Mexico and point him toward the US border.

There can be no doubt that Germany has now gone full-Caliphate. Reason and rationality and the desire to preserve secular democratic values are totally absent from the present leadership, and, much of German society, it would seem (the Bavarians representing an exception to this).
The country that is supposedly eager to atone for its totalitarian excesses from the 20th century, now embraces Islamic National Socialism and its jackbooted, goose-stepping adherents, in the 21st, with all of the predictably deleterious consequences that come with that.
I would probably not deport him either.

$1,414 is too much to pay a bunch of loafing muslims to loaf, but it’s hardly “huge sums.”
Just to be clear, 1167,48 in this case translates to 1,167.48 Euros per month. According to Google, that’s $1,414 at current exchange rates, or $16.968 per year. No doubt their housing, medical and other benefits add up to more than that.
