“disregarding any respect for freedom of speech”
Sommers has very practical views, there’s nothing radical about her or her work. Yet the left treats her as if she was a tyrant.

Christina Hoff Sommers Flyers Torn Down at Suffolk University
Sommers is a professor, cultural commentator, critic of modern feminism, and resident scholar at the right-leaning American Enterprise institute. She is slated to appear at a speaking engagement at Suffolk University’s Somerset Cafe on April 18.
Sommers was invited to speak by Young Americans for Freedom, a conservative student organization that according to its mission statement “is committed to ensuring that increasing numbers of young Americans understand and are inspired by the ideas of individual freedom, a strong national defense, free enterprise, and traditional values.”
In an email statement to Pluralist, Anthony DiMauro, the chairman of Suffolk University’s chapter of Young Americans for Freedom, expressed that the group “considers it very disturbing that individuals would find it appropriate to tear down and vandalize event flyers, disregarding any respect for freedom of speech and civil, mature discussion.”
