Pretty much how I see it, only I think they should have been sawing that plank. He might surprise us, but I have a sinking feeling he was outfoxed with this stupidity.

The plank sawers are his base. This was Trump’s Waterloo.

Possibly. I think his safety net, or absence of one, is the base. Time will show if this was his Waterloo, or if this was a portion of the Battle Of The Bulge. With Trump it is hard to gauge, though counting him out usually turns into a mistake.

        Someone remind us…….

How many years and years did the past White House Resident go without any budget at all passed?

This is just like Trump’s signing of the GOP contract in the primaries. (Whereupon I declared to myself “Now Trump owns the GOP. Contracts are 2-way instruments remember.)

Now that the Uni-Party has pushed this evil, non-budget, Trump’s got shackles around their neck.

Oh, that hurts. His signing this bill totally destroyed his reputation for being a master negotiator. If he’s playing chess, he just got checked.

    maybe not checkmate –
we will see, Trump has been lucky more often than not.

Stay tuned and as he prof posted over the weekend – keep the faith.

That’s too bad. His Presidency was the last chance to turn things around. No reason to care about the midterms now, it’s all just a waste of time.

Look to your families, check your food and ammo. And don’t ever be the first to stop clapping.

Love the feet. Wonder if Branco was influenced by Don Martin in the old (like 45 years ago) Mad Magazine?

If congress can block Trump for the rest of his administration, we’ll have wasted our time getting him there. Vote out the RINO’s and nevertrumpers in the Primaries, but regardless of who pulls through, vote HARD for republicans in the General. That’s the only way to avoid a slide back onto obama’s socialist path and a win for the commucrats in 2020.
