Stanford School of Medicine Hiring Microaggression And Implicit Bias Staffer

This is clearly going to be the next wave of highly paid, pointless administrators in higher education.

Stanford Hiring Microaggression And Implicit Bias Staffer For School of MedicineStanford University is hiring an employee to teach its medical school faculty about microaggressions and implicit bias, according to a Monday report.The university is hiring a “Manager of Inclusion and Culture Strategy” to host social justice trainings for its medical school faculty, as well as investigate and emphasize diversity and inclusion, reported Campus Reform.“Design training opportunities for leadership, including staff and faculty, on unconscious bias, microaggressions, change management for diversity, and other diversity and inclusion leadership topics,” reads the first duty for the new employee. “Identify gaps in training opportunities and source content and develop trainings to fill those gaps. Decide format and delivery of trainings based on audience and content.”Qualified candidates need to have a “background in diversity & inclusion,” a prerequisite on which Stanford does not elaborate. Throughout the document, the terms “diversity” and “inclusion” are mentioned 19 and 14 times, respectively.
