Liberal Activists Want no Part of a Chelsea Clinton Candidacy
“Chelsea needs to go away”
While the media obsesses over the Trump White House day after day, they are largely neglecting to report that a battle is still raging for the soul of the Democratic Party.
Chelsea Clinton is gearing up for her turn at bat, but the progressive wing of the party isn’t interested.
The Washington Times reports:

They weren’t ready for Hillary, and now they’re definitely not ready for her daughter, Chelsea Clinton.
The activists who fueled Sen. Bernard Sanders‘ presidential bid last year and who have become the raging heart of the party as it seeks to rebuild itself, shudder at the thought of the 36-year-old daughter of the former president and secretary of state searching for a race of her own.
“Chelsea needs to go away,” said Guinevere Boyd, a 49-year-old from Alaska who attended a Democratic National Committee forum this weekend. “She has nothing to offer. She has said some horrible clueless things about progressives and progressive issues.”
For decades the sideshow to her parents, the younger Ms. Clinton has stepped out of their shadow in the months since her mother’s loss to Donald Trump in the presidential race.
On Twitter, she has been mixing gripes against Mr. Trump with praise for Sen. Elizabeth Warren, Massachusetts Democrat, and a plea to the public to let the president’s youngest son, Barron, have the “chance every child does — to be a kid.”
If the candidates running for chair of the DNC are any indication, the Bernie Sanders/Elizabeth Warren wing is about to assume control of the party. The establishment wing however, isn’t going away quietly.

For the umpteenth time, let’s please try to dispel this unfounded notion, okay? The future of the Democratic Party (and the defeat of impending Fascist America) will depend on it.
Take a deep breath. Say it with me now:
Bernie Sanders lost the primary.
Let’s try that again.
Bernie Sanders lost the primary. Fair and square.
Here’s a pinch of logic to digest. If Hillary had the magical power to manipulate primary outcomes in every state she won, we need to ask ourselves this: Why didn’t she unleash her sorcery to rig the battle in 2008 against Barack Obama? Students of history will recall that Barack Obama won that nomination, defeating Hillary. Just barely, but he did win.
Now, let’s try this.
Hillary won the primary.
Say it one more time.
Of course, Democrats have bigger problems than this to solve if they want to win elections. They need to figure out how to become appealing to white working class voters who deserted them in the presidential election.
So far, they haven’t shown much interest in that.

It’s extremely telling how much the mainstream Democrats are still refusing to keep their collective heads in the sand, based on the HuffPo article.

There is plenty of clear evidence that both Hilary and the MSM conspired against Bernie. How was that “fair and square”? Hilary stole the primary, she didn’t win it.
I am with them on the “Bernie lost the Primary.” I cannot believe anybody would have added “Fair and Square”.
They think there own people are stupid enough to believe whatever they say over and over. And, certainly, many are.
I would say that they conspired to make sure he lost, with dirty tricks in reserve if necessary. It just turned out they weren’t necessary. Hillary did win the nomination fair and square, but she and her people had a plan to win by any means necessary. The funny thing is the Left has been playing by the rule “the end justifies the means” for years. It’s now amusing to see Berners all riled up over something their kind have been doing to conservatives for some time and which they probably felt OK about.

Just Go Away. You have learned from two liars who care more about personal gain than national character. America has had enough of that. The rule of law MUST prevail.

Having said that, fascist movements like the German-American Bund and Silver Legion would never accept what the Democrats are doing today.
Chelsea is even more charisma-impaired than her mother.

I hope Guinevere Boyd doesn’t suffer some type of unfortunate “accident”. She’s awfully brave to say Chelsea needs to go away.
Funny how the “no political experience” angle was so valid as an argument against Trump during the campaign but may now be invalid by those who might push Chelsea. And some of them may be the same folks showing the hypocrisy.
Little reported last week was the shuttering of Eaglevale Partners the hedge fund started by Mr Chelsea… Marc Mezvinsky.
Much like the CGI is appears investors/donors aren’t quite as interested in placing money with the family now that their influence has disappeared.
Chel might have to get her $600k/year “special” correspondent job back at NBC.
Chelsea has way too much baggage. Clinton fatigue has hopefully set in.
But…but…the poor girl doesn’t know how to do anything else. How can caring, compassionate people be so callous as to render her unemployable, like some steel worker in the midwest?
Well, I’m not on the DNC’s Secret Strategy Memo List, but even I have a better grasp of how the Party works than HuffPo does.
The Party has a mechanism for controlling the candidate pool. It’s perfectly legal, and not even hidden. This mechanism is not controlled by Hillary, so her loss to Obama doesn’t disprove its existence. And its machinations aren’t theft, they’re just Democratic business-as-usual.
Not all Liberals are as stupid as pastel-colored bathroom fixtures, but some of them sure are.
She’s not a Clinton; she’s a Hubble. Webb Hubble’s kid. 😛
