French Police Foil Terror Attack in Central Paris

On Wednesday, French Police arrested four suspected Islamists for planning yet another terrorist attack in Central Paris. French interior minister, Bernard Cazeneuve, confirmed that at least one of the attested suspect was about to “undertake violent actions in France.” According French government more than 8,ooo French citizens have been identified as “radicalised.”

The arrests in France come on the same day as the police in Belgium arrested two suspected ISIS terrorists in connection with the November Paris attacks that killed 130 people. British newspaper The Express reports:

The suspects are said to include two French brothers of Turkish origin, referred to as ‘Aytac and Ercan B.’ as well as ‘Youssef E.’, who TF1 reports is an Islamist well known to counter-terrorist services.Police arrested Youssef two years ago with two accomplices as they were preparing to leave to wage jihad in Syria, TF1 said.He was released from the prison in October 2015 and kept under house arrest since February 29, 2016 under France’s new state of emergency, which was brought in in the wake of the November 13 massacre.

Belgian Police also shot dead a gunman during its ongoing anti-terrorism raids. The gunman was identified as an illegal Algerian immigrant, Mohamed Belkaïd. Investigators found a Kalashnikov rifle, a book on Radical Islam (Salafism) and a flag of the Islamic State next to Belkaïd’s body.

With over 1000 Jihadis from France serving in Syria and Iran, France supplies the largest contingent of the foreign fighters to the Islamic State compared to any other country in the European Union. As recent terrorist attacks in France and Belgium indicate, Islamic State is exploiting Europe’s open borders and mass migration to reinforce its terrorist cells within France.

Despite the EU-Turkey pact, in which Turkey agrees to take back any new migrants crossing over to Greece, Germany has decided to sabotage the deal. Germany has ordered its boats patrolling in Aegean Sea not to bring back migrants to Turkey. While Europe remains vulnerable to terrorist infiltration, Merkel’s government has no serious intention of stopping the mass migration anytime soon.

Arresting and incarcerating terrorists has done very little to stem the tide of violent Islamism in France. Even the leftwing British newspaper The Guardian admits that French prisons are becoming a recruiting ground for terrorists and radical Islamists. French Muslims make up 60 percent of the country’s prison population, but only 8 percent of the general population.

France has rolled out a lavish tax-payer funded “anti-radicalisation” programme for prison inmates identified as violent Islamists. The selected inmates will receive visits from “sociologists, psychologists and historians” to debate “ideas about medieval caliphates.” Their daily routine will include “theatre workshops, political discussions and lessons in the prison school.” The prison will offer “reading and writing for the barely literate” and “Japanese for the intellectually advanced.”

Europe hopes to win over its mortal enemies with polite debates, theatre workshops and Japanese calligraphy. This is Europe’s response to the most vicious onslaught on Western and human civilisation in our life-time.

Meanwhile, Europe’s such gestures of kindness are met with contempt and perceived as its inferiority by the followers of triumphalist radical Islam.
