The problem is those lives aren’t Obama’s to gamble with.

The bigger problem is Obama is happy to ‘gamble’ with American lives: they’re not his people.
Obam-il’s gamble is not to somehow mitigate or eliminate the threat of Isis. Rather his gamble is to lay waste to American before enough Americans see who Obam-il is and what is is doing.
