Carly Fiorina reacts: Hillary “not the woman for The White House.”

Carly Fiorina, who is expected to run for president as a Republican in 2016, has taken on the role of taking it to Hillary, particularly on issues related to women.

Fiorina is positioned to undermine Hillary’s supposed record of accomplishment in a way that male candidates can’t because Hillary’s operatives are quick to cry sexism.

In a swift and frank reaction to Hillary Clinton’s presidential announcement, Fiorina pulled no punches, repeating a there we’ve heard many women say: We want a woman in The White House, but Hillary is not that woman.

“Hillary Clinton’s a highly intelligent woman, hardworking, she’s dedicated her life to public service but unfortunately she does not have a track record of accomplishment or transparency.”

What’s my reaction to Hillary Clinton’s announcement?

Fiorina’s career path has been opposite to Hillary’s in many ways. James Freeman of the Wall Street Journal:

The Anti-Hillary“I come from the world where results count,” said Carly Fiorina at a Monday dinner in Manhattan. The former Hewlett-Packard CEO and likely 2016 Republican presidential candidate was contrasting her experience to that of Hillary Clinton. It is a theme that Ms. Fiorina has been developing lately with a series of public zingers directed at the former Secretary of State. “Like Hillary Clinton, I too have traveled hundreds of thousands of miles around the globe,” said Ms. Fiorina last month. “But unlike Hillary Clinton, I know that flying is an activity, not an accomplishment.”On Monday Ms. Fiorina highlighted the difficulty Mrs. Clinton would have running a race without the ability to “play the gender card” or rail about a “war on women.” In that case, argued the former CEO, the campaign would be fought on the less forgiving terrain of substantive debate.

Fiorina recently appeared on Hugh Hewitt’s radio show and addressed this issue of Hillary’s emails.

Al Weaver of the Daily Caller:

Carly Fiorina On Hillary: ‘Of Course Her Emails Were Compromised’ [AUDIO]HEWITT: You are a technology executive, first woman ever to be a Fortune 20 CEO, and it was at Hewlett-Packard, a technology company. The former secretary of state installed a home brew server. What was your reaction upon learning of that as a technology executive aware of the security challenges of maintaining privacy and security? FIORINA: Well, I had two reactions. One was that clearly, she had a plan to shield her communications from prying eyes. There’s no other reason that you would put a server in your basement for the kind of classified, sensitive information that she would be sharing and transmitting as secretary of state. My second reaction was that she clearly doesn’t understand technology very well, because when she starts talking about it’s safe, it’s safe, we have two Secret Service agents guarding it, you know, as I think I’ve said to you before, no one’s worried about it getting stolen. They’re worried about it getting hacked. And when we have Sony, J.P. Morgan/Chase, Home Depot, Target, all of these companies being systemically hacked, they certainly can get into Mrs. Clinton’s private email server.
