Just minutes ago at the Iowa Freedom Summit, one of 2016’s dark horses catapulted himself out of the murky waters of presidential speculation and into the spotlight.
That person was Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker.
Even before Walker took the stage attendees knew that something big was about to happen:
Once he took the stage, it was all over; and by “all over,” I mean, “he blew the crowd away.”
