Whoever it was they weren’t driving like a masshole.
What are the legal implications of having a “MASSHOLE” bumper sticker when you are sued for rearending someone, or worse vvehicular manslaughter? Is it an joke or an admission of a negligent attitude before the fact.
I also used to wonder about those signs that read “Trespassers Shot on Sight”. Ironically a sign like that actually makes me feel a little safer when trespassing. Shows the guy has a sense of humor, plus if he does shoot me it seems like he is going to have a hard time arguing self defense.
