Gastric bypass is effective but does cost.
Here if one does a walk in self funded -hey doc give me one – it is around $30,000 without complications.
A cheaper option would be the fat bypass drugs that inhibit absorption. That means if you eat fat you get the shits. . It is hoped that behaviour is changed because no one wants to wear diapers. At least that was the theory before we learnt about the NASA lady.
