Newt Gingrich points out that President Obama didn’t cancel his Las Vegas fundraiser the day after the Benghazi attack but has decided to stick close to the White House with Perfect Storm Sandy bearing down.
Doing so gives the president an opportunity to look presidential, something that he hasn’t in the debates.
But what, exactly, should he do? What photo ops granted? What press statements released? How does a man who promised to make the oceans recede inspire confidence and awe while a huge swath of the country is being hammered?
