Give Appease a Chance

The Norwegians in charge of selecting the Nobel Peace Prize winner apparently care more about protecting their secret than the White House and State Department did about protecting our consulate in Benghazi.

The Nobel Peace Prize committee is tightening security to prevent eavesdroppers on decisions that can infuriate the powerful.”We have taken certain precautions,” Geir Lundestad, the head of the Norwegian Nobel Institute, told Reuters in his office in central Oslo.

I hereby nominate Ambassador Christopher Stevens and the other three men killed with him as posthumous winners of the White House’s Appeasement Victims Prize 2012.  By the end of the year, there may be many more nominees.
