Comments

Given the MSM’s predilection to hate everything not of the Democrat / Socialist bent, this is a lose lose argument for Conservatives. Responding positively as Romney did and he’s accused as being a racist.

Not doing anything would be be racist in the twisted minds of the MSM and their Socialist Masters.

So, tell me again, why the opinion of Toure’ is important? Really?

This whole argument is one Conservatives will always lose because it cannot be waged on a fair basis so let’s get over the idiocy of the Leftists and just continue to do the right / correct thing. Yep, tell them that they’re wrong and then go forth and hit them on other issues.

For blatant racism I have to go with toure, because he is NOTHING but total, complete racism. The lunacy of Bite-Me biden, on the other hand, includes racism and A WHOLE LOT MORE. So the difference is a “focused” imbecile vs. a GENERAL imbecile.

The first time I ever saw Toure was also the very first time I ever saw Andrew Breitbart. I’d never heard of nor seen either before.

They were seated next to each other as guests on Dennis Miller’s old TV show.

Over the next 20 minutes or so, I became very impressed with Andrew, as I simultaneously became very UNimpressed with Toure.

What an arrogant, tedious bore he is.

Check out Piers Morgan’s take-down of Touré Neblett on YouTube. It was epic.

This one, on Robert Zimmerman: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M6Z0vBfu-Po ?

I can understand how he wants to challenge the stereotype of the angry black man, but is it really progress to replace it with the bitchy black wimp?

      scooby509 in reply to myiq2xu. | August 19, 2012 at 2:15 pm

God almighty, I can’t imagine he managed to keep his temper with that twerp. He even did the ignorant asshole American routine, repeatedly, “well, maybe that’s how you do journalism in England.”

What the hell planet is he from where he thinks the British press corps is polite and non-confrontational?!

Joan Of Argghh in reply to LukeHandCool. | August 19, 2012 at 7:36 am

Kira Davis, a black woman of exceptional character, takes Toure to the mat and mops the room with him.

Off topic:
What is Ryan’s position on invitro fertilization? I have searched and can only find liberal/progressive sites that refer to his co-sponsering the Sanctity of Life bill, but not his specific position. That bill does not refer to IVF, but the liberals/progressives are claiming that the effect of the bill is to ban IVF.
I am a R&R supporter, but I am trying to convince an on the fence voter that he is not opposed to IVF.
Help!

This is a very hard test Professor, did you do this on purpose? I need to put on my thinking cap.

Went with Biden, the VP may not have said this off the cuff. Everyone knows MSNBC is for clowns.

      ohiochili in reply to Moe4. | August 19, 2012 at 7:15 am

I went with Biden too. He’s had a lot more idiot experience, but Toure` is certainly giving him some tough competition.

What is S E Cupp doing on msnbc, anyway? I thought that she was better than that. Arguing with idiots is a non-starter.

[…] am winning. Neblett now appears in his wiki bio and lots of other places. Who says one person can’t make a […]

Obama, with “fair share” betting, has big money on both race carders. Decency will only be “allowed” one round before it goes down.

I’m sitting this poll out. I refuse to listen to that idiot Toure. I would lose less brain cells if I drank Dran-O than if I listened to him. I watched one video ever with him in it and could not believe what a race-baiting, dishonest (or butt-ugly stupid) hack he is.

Just when you think you know who the stupidest people in America are, you meet somebody new. Touré Neblett just emerged from the shallow end of the gene pool…

Henry Hawkins | August 18, 2012 at 7:38 pm

Oddly enough, Honky is my middle name. Henry Honky Hawkins.

1. A powerful performance by Touré. Powerful. It is seared, seared into my memory.

Wow, now I realize we need a whole lot more social engineering designed by enlightened compassionate inclusive multicultural intellectuals, and a whole lot more government intervention spearheaded by enlightened compassionate well-paid lawyers and bureaucrats, before Dr. Touré (or his descendants) pronounces this sick twisted vile bigoted evil nation racism-free.

2. However, I recall the 1969 Academy Awards. The Hollywood lefties saw that John Wayne was getting on in years. Even they conceded that his undeniable contributions to the film industry had never been formally recognized, so they passed over up-and-coming nominees and gave the Best Actor award to the Duke.

3. I refuse to be less gracious to an aging enemy than those Hollywood lefties were. My vote goes to Joe Biden.

One racist comment was made by a talking head I’ve never heard of on a network I never watch.

The other racist comment was made by the Vice President of the United States.

In my opinion, the vote shouldn’t even be close.

There were two brothers who grew up in a small town. One ran away to sea, and the other became Vice President of the United States. Neither one was ever heard from again.

That’s why I voted for Neblett. Prissy white liberal VPs are a dime a dozen, but Neblett has a Dr. Joseph Mengele air about him. No contest.

Biden hands down, he’s abusing a high executive office for political gain by means of engaging in small politics.

Toure Neblett: How proud his mama must be he’s the one shining exception proving UNCF’s motto.

Biden should win because he’s the VP and Obama didn’t chastise him for saying it.

Touré is just another race-baiting MSNBC hack.

I found this one to be easy to answer for one simple reason: I never heard of this toure guy before. I mean, he’s on MSNBC?

Yes, he’s an idiot and a bigot of the first order but he’s also completely irrelevant. Biden, on the other hand, has been a disgusting clown for a very long time. He wins this one, hands down.

TrooperJohnSmith in reply to irv. | August 18, 2012 at 11:43 pm

Yeah. The whole MSNBC thing does it for me. Tou-reeeeee is like an Olympic high diver using a five-gallon bucket. It’s easy to make a splash.

Also, I just found out my dog, Aqua Velva, is not at the groomers every Tuesday afternoon. No, that damn dog co-hosts a political show on MSNBC with an albino nutria from down in Terrabonne Parish.

I voted Toure because Biden’s comment was due to impromptu stupidity. Toure on the other hand prepared his comments for the show, and deliberately chose those particular words. He wanted to shock and wanted controversy, and got both, and is undoubtedly very pleased with himself. In his eyes, he gained. He got noticed, and I am sure he got kudos from his side. That’s what makes him so scurrilous-he doesn’t care about the damage he caused as long as it benefits him.

Biden: Because it’s easy for Toure to be racist, it’s his thing and he makes a living off of it.

Biden, however, has had to keep his racism under wraps. It just keeps slipping out here and there.

I don’t know who takes Toure seriously. But Biden is our VP *shudder* and I know there are still folks who take him seriously/respect the office.

One question, I’m not trying to hijack the thread, I swear.

But had Biden used the exact same language in his “chains” moment. Yet had he not used the demeaning change in accent, diction and volume should this be an issue?

I think what was said and how it was said are linked. But my beef is more with the latter. I don’t know if that’s a reaction to Biden’s defenders just reading the transcript and pointing to all the times other people have used “shackled” or “unshackled” or “unchained”.

TrooperJohnSmith in reply to Jay Jones. | August 18, 2012 at 11:47 pm

I was personally offended that he did such a piss-poor suth’n accent. Damn, Joe. Go watch you some Dukes ‘a Hazard, mo-ron.

This would be a toss up, but I went for Biden because he has a history and will be seen by more people. Toure will be seen only on Dumbass NBC and others who want to talk about the crap spewing from his pie hole. Biden impacts a wider audience.

Henry Hawkins in reply to David Block. | August 18, 2012 at 11:15 pm

“Toure will be seen only on Dumbass NBC and others who want to talk about the crap spewing from his pie hole.”

You mean people like us, voting in a poll on a conservative blog, and all the other conservative blogs addressing Toure’s racism, or Fox News, which has covered it in several shows, thereby conveying Toure’s words to millions?

Make no mistake, saying incredibly stupid or caustic things in media is a sure ticket for increasing viewership and getting your message out there, no matter how ugly it is, nor whether it is accepted or decried. To be sure, there are people out there saying, “he shouldn’t have said that, but he’s right, you know.”

I support Toure’s perfect right to freedom of speech, because in the marketplace of ideas, though his ‘idea’ may find a few supporters, it ultimately wins exactly the regard it deserves.

Good idea on the poll, Professor. I think this is the perfect way to analyze the racialist material coming out of the administration and their media minions.

Touré Neblett was my choice. Toure’s comment was filled with hate; Biden’s comments were merely thoughtlessly tasteless and insulting.

    scooby509 in reply to Mutnodjmet. | August 19, 2012 at 2:07 pm

I voted for Toure, but I think it’s closer. His was impotent rage more than hate, and I’d give Biden more credit: he read those lines because he thought he could get away with it. He knows his role is to stir the pot and then say, “aww shucks I’m just a dummy,” if he goes too far.

Let’s not forget that Biden said this in 2007 about then Senator and presidential Candidate Barack Obama:

“I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that’s a storybook, man.”

http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/story?id=2838420&page=1#.UDBJT0Sffys

To steal a line from Jake (I hate illinois Nazis) Elwood, I hate Progressive racists.

Biden’s just “challenged” but, what’s a Toure’ and where does MSNBC find this trash? That is one sick organization.

TrooperJohnSmith in reply to Owego. | August 18, 2012 at 11:50 pm

The plumbing backs up at 30 Rock, and these MSNBC host just crawl out of the effluent. Leftyvolution, perhaps.

But they can smear Allen West and that’s not racist.

Here it is according to Toure et al.: “If you’re a Republican, you’re a racist.” Simple.

DINORightMarie | August 18, 2012 at 11:32 pm

Lovely to see you shift from the old-fashioned, traditional card game to the old-fashioned, tried and true, great American pass-time of a boxing match.

Mixing it up makes thins so much more interesting!

(I also find it fun that most commenters choose Biden, but Toure is winning in the poll.

The leftie Dems are so scared, you can smell the fear, taste it, feel it.

Toure and Biden show just how desperately afraid Chicago-on-the-Potomac is!

Great idea, this poll! Thanks! 😀

Touré wins hands-down. He knew that he was bullying and lying. Biden is just an idiot.

So your choices are between Milli and Vanilli?

Joey by a hair. He’s been at this game much longer than Touré. But Joey can’t last for ever so Touré is likely to reach the top of the racial arsonist list soon.

Toure makes the only argument an imbecile can make. This is their only retort to any criticism of Obama.

Blacks will never be equal in this country until they can be criticized just like whites are with out reflexively screaming racist. We live in one society. They have my personal invitation to join it if they just agree to live by the rules that have made this country an enduring success until about 3 1/2 years ago when the il Douche came to power on the strength of what can only be termed as mass insanity.

Tom Sowell, Clarence Thomas, Condaleeza Rice et al. have all had to endure the most vile vitriol not sticking their nose into the ass of the racialist lemmings that infest the NDSWP.
