Dems getting punchy

Communications Director of the Democratic Party of Wisconsin, on the anniversary of Medicare (h/t a reader in WI):

But not to worry, he was using “punch” metaphorically and when he said “punch” did not really mean “punch.”

This guy, on the other hand, seems to have meant it (h/t HotAir):

[Democratic] Senate President Stephen Sweeney went to bed furious Thursday night after reviewing the governor’s line-item veto of the state budget. He woke up Friday morning even angrier.”This is all about him being a bully and a punk,” he said in an interview Friday.”I wanted to punch him in his head.”

At this rate, sooner or later some Democratic leader is going to urge people to argue with their neighbors and get in their faces.  It’s just a matter of time.
