A suspect has been arrested for a fatal attack on a mother working as a gas station attendant in Fort Myers, Florida. The story is just horrible. Her alleged attacker is an illegal alien who was released under the Biden administration.
The families of victims in cases like this one should sue, and members of the Biden administration should be made to pay.

Daylight hammer attack suspect is illegal alien released under Biden policies: DHS
A Haitian illegal immigrant who was caught and released by the Biden administration in 2022 was arrested after allegedly bludgeoning a mother to death with a hammer on Friday outside a gas station in Fort Myers, Florida, in broad daylight.
Rolbert Joachim, 40, is charged with second-degree murder and criminal damage to property, according to Lee County Sheriff’s Office jail records.
Surveillance footage appeared to show Joachim smashing the woman’s car windshield, approaching her, and repeatedly hitting her in the head with a hammer — killing her in broad daylight, according to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
The woman, whose identity has not yet been publicly released, was reportedly a store clerk inside the gas station.
She was also the mother of two teenage daughters, according to a report from local outlet Gulf Coast News.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) assisted the Fort Myers Police Department in tracking down and arresting Joachim on Mango Street in Fort Myers.
Joachim first entered the U.S. in August 2022 and was released into the country under the Biden administration, according to DHS.

If we are gonna grant waivers to normal immigration process to individuals then that’s got to be restricted to an individualized analysis of each person encompassing their criminal history and mental health with the burden on the individual applicant to overcome a formal presumption that they are attempting to ‘get over’. That has to be followed by a structured ‘parole’ while in the USA including in person meeting with immigration officials at least quarterly, submission of monthly status updates and ongoing review of police reports to see if their name pops up. Mandatory ankle monitor would be a good idea as well. Then enforce the conditions without any leeway and immediately detain/deport when they violate the terms. No Art III court needed b/c there’s nothing to adjudicate, life, liberty and property ain’t at issue only the grant of temporary permission from ART II to be in the USA under a set of conduct they violated.
Of course, the RNC is busily compiling lists of these kinds of illegal immigrant atrocities, along with file footage of the “reporting” of the incidents, for all of the local, state, and national election candidates to use. They’ll contrast the stated goals of the Rep-wing as opposed to the actual actions of the Dem-wing, and successfully run campaigns based on the restoration of common-sense law and order.

They will do their utmost to fail during the 2026 midterms to avoid tipping over their own apple-carts along with those of the Dem-wingers, and pretend to be the “loyal opposition” of the UniParty. The Dem-wing has gone so far into insanity that winning the mid-terms should be falling off a log easy, but the Rep-wing will find a way to lose to them and failing to prevent election fraud seems to be their main opportunity.
The GOPEr’s and RINO’s need to be purged from the party. Anybody that “reaches across the aisle” to “compromise” with the collectivists needs to be primaried and forced out of office. The Rep-wing loves it when the Dem-wingers demand that we the people be forced to cut off an arm. The Reps pretend to fight it and end up “compromising” by letting them cut off just a finger. Hey, wait a damned minute…we don’t want to lose ANYTHING. At least the Dem-wing is now open about their Communist goals; the right-wingers just pretend to be some kind of conservative when they’re actually almost as bad. I’m not sure which side I hate more.
