Olympics Trying to Ban Males From Female Sports: ‘Differences of Sex Development’

Have every male medal winner give up those medals and apologize.

The Olympics won’t allow males in female sports because of the “differences of sex development.”

NO S*&^, SHERLOCK.

Why does this need to be said in 2025? WHY? WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY.

Males in female places is the ONE hill I am going to die on.

A year after two male boxers beat and bloodied female boxers, the Olympics are on their way to banning any males from female sports from now on. From The Telegraph:

Kirsty Coventry, the new president of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), told Telegraph Sport in January that she favoured a blanket ban and, after winning the presidency in March, commissioned a review that assessed the permanent physical advantages of being born male.

An update was provided last week to IOC members by Dr Jane Thornton, who is the committee’s medical and scientific director.

Although no final decision has been made, the update to IOC members reportedly stated that scientific evidence showed there were physical advantages to being born male that remained even after reducing testosterone levels.

This better not be a “going forward” moment.

The Olympics better have every male medal winner in female sports, like Imane Khelif, Lin Yu-ting, hand back those medals and give them to the females who rightfully earned them.

Gavin Hubbard, who identifies as Laurel, competed in the 2020 Olympics but didn’t place.

We somehow need modern science to tell us there are differences between the sexes. Coventry said in January:

“There is more and more scientific research. We are not having a conversation about how it is detrimental to men’s sport. That, in itself, says we need to protect women’s sport. It is very clear that transgender women are more able in the female category, and can take away opportunities that should be equal for women.”

Are you freaking kidding me? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

Do I really need to cite any information from any recent scientific study to prove the differences between males and females?

No. I know you guys are not stupid or ignorant.

I took biology in my sophomore year in high school in 1996. I learned about the differences between sexes, physically, mentally, and emotionally, in that class.

I’ve had numerous non-athletic boyfriends. They were always stronger than I was.

Stop this madness.

1. The 2028 Summer Olympics is officially the Games of the XXXIV Olympiad and commonly known as Los Angeles 2028

2. Trump executive order:
https://www.afslaw.com/perspectives/alerts/no-visas-foreign-transgender-or-male-athletes-competing-womens-sports

3. Total coincidence???

“…foreign athletes and petitioners seeking admission on their behalf must now demonstrate that the purpose of their trip to the United States complies with the EO and that, if they were assigned male at birth, they will not seek to participate in women’s sports. They must also show that the relevant sports organization permits participation by members of the applicant’s sex (meaning sex at birth). Where the government questions or doubts an applicant’s stated purpose of travel or intended activity, the visa and US entry will be denied. If the doubt rises to the level where the government believes that the applicant made a willful, material misrepresentation or committed fraud, there could be serious consequences to both the foreign athlete and those applying on their behalf.

Where’d they discover this groundbreaking research? Biology 101?

Q: Why ban men from women’s boxing?

A: Well, duh! Men hit harder!

Q: All is fair in love and war, right?

A: Women’s sports is neither love nor war you idiot.

I’v seen several large black women in fights at McDonalds that I wouldn’t want to tangle with!

What is that the leftists’ yard signs say? Oh yeah, science is real.

As our wise author Mary said above – NO S*&^, SHERLOCK.

If inclusivity is insisted upon, create a category of trans athletes. My money is you’ll see no transmen (bio women) competing in it, just transwomen (bio men). Even the trans community knows the latter have inherent (literally) physical advantage over biological females of any stripe.

An open category that anyone can compete in and then an XX chromosome only category.

I identify as rich, but my bank account says otherwise.

Who pulled how much money from their funding over this? It had to have been a lot or they would never have considered changing.

“more and more scientific research”

If climate change is supposedly “settled science” then this was practically a law of the universe it was so settled. What a crock of BS.

US women’s soccer team trained against boys’ soccer teams because they knew the boys were better, and so good training. Pick the age so that they’re better but not insanely better like men.

Wow, no kidding, it’s amazing what it takes for some people to learn from history

History? Nah, just a peek down your pants and then a glance at your biceps will be sufficient scientific evidence.

I knew the difference between males and females when I was five. That’s when my mother said no taking a bath with your sister.

Why mom? “because you’re a boy and your sisters are girls’.

Okay mom.

Trying? They voted to allow them in so just vote to go back to men and women’s sports.

There is no try. There is only do.

There should be no debate about males pretending to be women and wanting to beat them for medals.

Where there is ambiguity is those ‘born female’ but not trans yet whose chromosomes are XY such as with complete androgen insensitivity syndrome, or comparable abnormalities.

Under pre-modern paradigms i.e. no science involved, they would likely be considered (sterile) women. But with the modern scientific gender binary being XX or XY, and especially with those pushing everything else as intersex or fuzzy, the boundaries are no longer crystal clear.

Anyone born with one or more full Y chromosomes is male. Period.

Simple. And deals with all of the (extremely rare) genetic abnormalities.

In the case of that boxer in the last Olympics, the genetic abnormality he claimed he had was proven not to exist. And the Olympic committee KNEW this prior to letting him compete as a woman. World Boxing had tested him: XY chromosomes. Period. No abnormality at all. And, they had banned him from competing as a woman and published the results of the test. Gave press conferences several times on it.

He was born with a vagina and an undeveloped, internal, penis. No other female organs. This is correctable if diagnosed early and treated. The penis can develop and that person can live as a fully functional man (my best friend growing up had this condition. She was “Tina”, then “Justine”, and finally “Jesse”. He has a wife and children now. His dad was freaked out over the whole thing, but did the right thing and got him the treatment he needed to have a normal life.

Regardless, anyone with this condition develops on their own (with the exception of their penis) as a full grown male. Which is why anyone just looking at that boxer could see that he was a dude.

This boxer, apparently, was never diagnosed or treated properly and either invented the claim, or was told by some physician, that he had a completely different abnormality that women are born with (extremely rarely) where they have XX chromosomes and additionally a partially formed X chromosome. People with this condition grow up normally as females, develop female bodies, and typically don’t have any symptoms related to their condition until they are adults.
