“They’re Dragging People Away”: Hamas Begins Mass Executions as Israeli Military Withdraws From Gaza

Gaza woman: “They’re dragging people away, children are screaming and dying, they’re burning our houses. What did we do wrong?”

As Israeli troops withdraw from most of Gaza’s populated areas, the residents of the enclave are again getting a taste of what a ‘Palestinian state’ might look like under their current leadership.

With the U.S.-brokered ceasefire providing a breather, Hamas terrorists have crawled out of their tunnels and fanned out into the streets of Gaza —  massacring political rivals and opposing Arab clans to reestablish their reign of terror. It is worth noting that the massive Hamas tunnel network was exclusively for terrorist warfare, and not to shield a single Gaza civilian during the two-year-long war.

Hours after the Israeli pullout, Hamas publicly executed dozens of Gazans. “A greatly weakened Hamas has sought to reassert itself in Gaza since a ceasefire took hold, killing at least 33 people,” Reuters reported Monday.

Some of the atrocities are being committed by Hamas’s “Shadow Unit,” which had previously been charged with holding and tormenting Israeli hostages for two long years.

“Reuters footage showed dozens of Hamas fighters lined up at a hospital in southern Gaza, one wearing a shoulder patch identifying him as a member of the elite ‘Shadow Unit’ that Hamas sources say was tasked with guarding hostages,” the news agency reported. “One of the Gaza sources, a security official, said that since the ceasefire, Hamas forces had killed 32 members of “a gang affiliated with a family in Gaza City”, while six of its personnel had also been killed.”

One of the cellphone videos posted on X shows seven blindfolded men on their knees. Some of them had been undressed and had their hands tied behind their backs. The crowd, comprising men and even young boys, goes into a frenzy with the chants of “Allah Akbar” as the victims fall amid a hail of Hamas gunfire. The murdered men are accused of collaborating with Israel or belonging to rival Arab clans.

Israel’s Ynetnews reported Monday:

Hours after the release of the Israeli hostages, Hamas terrorists executed several people in Gaza on Monday evening, accusing them of collaborating with Israel or being linked to ongoing internal fighting between the terror group, local clans and militias, according to Palestinian sources and videos circulating on social media.

The executions were carried out publicly before cheering crowds, some of whom filmed the events. Among those killed was Ahmad Zidan al-Tarabin, reportedly responsible for recruiting agents for the Abu Shabab militia.

Palestinian sources said the killings targeted individuals suspected of “treason” or of maintaining ties with foreign entities. (…)

On Sunday, reports from Gaza said 52 members of the powerful Dagmoush clan were killed in violent clashes with Hamas’ internal security forces. Twelve Hamas terrorists were also killed, including the son of senior Hamas official Bassem Naim. Hamas gunmen reportedly used ambulances to storm the neighborhood where the heavily armed clan lives — a family that, according to some reports, has cooperated with Israel.

“It’s a massacre,” one clan member’s daughter said. “They’re dragging people away, children are screaming and dying, they’re burning our houses. What did we do wrong?”

The Dagmoush clan, one of Gaza’s strongest, has previously clashed with Hamas. Residents warned that the current escalation could destabilize Gaza’s fragile internal balance and trigger revenge attacks between rival families.

The staging of Sharia-compliant public executions and the mass murder of Palestinian opponents is not new for Hamas. When the terrorist group took control of Gaza in 2007, it began by throwing members of the rival Palestinian groups from high-rise buildings. During its 18 years of reign, the Islamic terror group has tortured and murdered to cement its hold over the enclave.

The gruesome images highlight the threat Hamas poses to Gaza’s own population, not just neighboring Israel. Under President Donald Trump’s 20-point peace plan, Hamas is to be completely demilitarized and will play no role in the future administration of Gaza. The terrorist group has so far shown no sign of handing over weaponry or control over the enclave. Given the post-war bloodbath unleashed by Hamas, it is hard to imagine it voluntarily surrendering weapons.

Sometimes annihilation is the only remedy. This is likely one of those times.
Thank God the remaining living hostages were released; prayers for those who will never come home.

It wouldn’t surprise me if Hamas reported the female hostages as being dead, and then kept them in their own personal harem.

Everyone pushing the idea that a civil war here would somehow be a good idea or a necessary evil should look at this see exactly how disputes get settled when a civil war kicks off. People are flawed, they act out of fear, desire for revenge, then reprisals for the prior revenge against ‘their’ faction. It spirals and it won’t be confined to quaint notions of armies on a far distant battlefield. We do not want to go down the road to the chaos of a civil war and must work to avoid it if at all possible. At minimum no rational person should welcome it.

And once they start, the reprisals rarely ever end

Civil War? Don’t start none, won’t be none. However, I think you’re talking to the wrong people. You need to take that message to Chicago and Portland..,, not that they’d listen.

CommoChief in reply to Hodge. | October 14, 2025 at 2:04 pm

IMO the message is appropriate for a roughly 90/10 split ‘wokiesta’ to ‘not wokiesta’. There’s a small number of folks on the center right who seem to welcome it or more often at least appear to be ambivalent about it from their statements. You are correct that the main beneficiaries of the message are wokiestas in overly permissive blue jurisdictions.

We just added 2000 terrorists to their ranks

I don’t believe Trump needed to do that, had them on the ropes

Lucifer Morningstar in reply to gonzotx. | October 14, 2025 at 9:52 am

Wow, you just figured that one out? Two-thousand terrorists released for twenty hostages. A ratio of 100:1. And they weren’t even supposed to be released until all the hostages were released. Both living (20) and dead (28). That was the agreement but Netanyahu jumped the gun and ordered their release from prison after the twenty were returned to Israel. So at this point I doubt that the families of the dead hostages will ever be able to recover their loved-one’s bodies for a proper burial. But you don’t hear about that in the news and probably never will.

It wasn’t Trump it was Netanyahu who did that.

Sorry but Netanyahu spent the last two years searching for fairies to occupy Gaza for him after extirpating Hamas, found none.

The war policy of indefinite air drone and artillery strikes with raids once in awhile was costing Israel her future existence.

Netanyahu had a choice of victory or defeat. Victory however would have meant at least temporary occupation of Gaza.

Therefore with international relations dictating he had no time left he picked defeat.

If someone is to blame it is not Trump it is Netanyahu for spending the only resource Israel did not have (time) as if it was the only resource Israel had.

The silver lining is the left would have done this well over a year ago, and Hamas are fanatics who desire martyrdom so a longer war would not have persuaded them to leave on their own.

What allowing Hamas survival meant is Israel survived. Becoming a pariah state is no joke and Netanyahu took Israel less than a millimeter away from that status.

And yet somehow the anti-Semites will find a way to blame Israel.

Guess it’s time to just let Hamas and the Clans duke it out and then deal with whomever wins and takes control of the Gaza Strip. But the next few months are going to be bloody as the Clans take their revenge on Hamas and Hamas takes their revenge on everyone else. That’s for sure.

Without foreign support money to be skimmed, there’s not much of a prize in ruling Gaza.

BigRosieGreenbaum | October 14, 2025 at 9:53 am

Time to obliterate Hamas and the rival terrorists, flatten Gaza.

See the future of the UK.

Do you think military aged males hell bent on living the 3rd world Islamic hell hole life style are going to go quietly?

No.

Much of Europe is headed for a bloody century of hell on earth. The Russians and the Chinese are the only ones who know how to deal with this. Putin is licking his lips.

“The crowd, comprising men and even young boys, goes into a frenzy with the chants of “Allah Akbar” as the victims fall amid a hail of Hamas gunfire.”

And they say that Islam and Western, Christian-based civilization are incompatible.

destroycommunism | October 14, 2025 at 10:18 am

and still. just like blmplo in america

no matter what proof there is of who are the bad people

the fight against civility continues with support of the msm

the hamasblmplo are the evil that we have been warned about and have in fact proven to be that evil

act accordingly

This seems to be conclusive on if Hamas will be ending it’s power and leaving.

The silver lining is Iran even with all of her proxies and puppets isn’t powerful enough to destroy Israel. The force that could destroy Israel is the west, and Israel has a lot of work to do.

Sorry but becoming a pariah state is no joke, Netanyahu had good reason to decide to allow Hamas to tighten it’s grip over Gaza.

venril in reply to Danny. | October 14, 2025 at 12:17 pm

May not be enough, too much of the west has come out as Jew haters, hoping they die.

Danny in reply to venril. | October 14, 2025 at 5:11 pm

In the media landscape how does anyone who is casually engaged seeing only what media or if they are right wing but rely casually on Tucker Carlson not come out as an enemy of Israel???

It isn’t anti-Semitism. American style blitzkrieg would have prevented the borderline pariah state status Israel has right now, destroyed Hamas and rescued roughly the same number of hostages overall.

Sitskrieg created by Netanyahu meant two years of drone strikes, air raids, artillery strikes, and army raids that left as soon as they destroyed a depot or hamas unit in the media landscape Netanyahu knew he was operating in meant westerners saw the horror of war in real time and saw two years worth of it and turned on Israel.

This was not the west coming out as Jew haters it was Netanyahu coming out as one of the worst war leaders of our era.

The only resource he had none of was time and that was the only resource he spent.

The contrast between war Netanyahu and Peace Netanyahu is night and day.

I wish the left didn’t own the media and pixies had shown up agreeing they would occupy Gaza as soon as Hamas was defeated.

Unfortunately pixies don’t exist and the left does own the media.

destroycommunism | October 14, 2025 at 10:28 am

now we have to pay more attention to the country of Turkey

as Iran always provided them cover as the regions supreme bad guys

I’ve been assured time and time again that this isn’t the real Islam, and that Islam is the religion of peace.

I’m beginning to suspect that claim might not be true.

🤔🤔🤔

One of life’s constants. No matter when in time, no matter where in the world, find Muslims, find trouble.

Lucifer Morningstar in reply to Peter Moss. | October 14, 2025 at 9:37 pm

There is no such thing as “radical islam”. There is no such thing as “moderate islam”. And there sure as heck isn’t anything known as “liberal islam”. What you see is what you get. And if you are an adherent of islam then you are an adherent of everything that entails. The violence against people of other religions. The death. The destruction. This is islam writ large for all to see. The jihad will continue as scheduled until all submit to islam or are dead.

Christianity got the warring and conquering out of its system centuries ago. Buddhists and Shintoists just want to be left alone. Islam is held to be perfect and unchangeable from when Mohammed dreamed it up to justify his raping and murdering. Whatever Mohammed said must be done without question.

One nuclear warhead deatonated 6000′ below Gaza would result in an earthquake…just saying.
Plausible deniability, call it an act of Allah.

Why the deafening silence from leftists when its muslim-on-muslim violence?

ztakddot in reply to smooth. | October 14, 2025 at 11:37 am

Doesn’t fit the narrative. Never has. Never will. It’s all the Jew’s fault. It has always been the Jew’s fault. It is the Jew’s fault now. It will be the Jew’s fault in the future. Even if all the Jew’s are killed it will be the Jew’s fault.

MAJack in reply to smooth. | October 15, 2025 at 8:06 am

Send Talib over to investigate, she can bring Omar with her.

Islamofascists don’t want peace.

For the useful morons bigots out there I’m sure this is still somehow Israel’s fault because those Palestinians are such pure sweet innocent victims who never should be held accountable for any violence , death , murder , torture, lawlessness or discrimination. Yup it’s that Israel “occupation apartheid” causing these killings.

paulscott in reply to schmuul. | October 14, 2025 at 1:47 pm

Stupid buffoon. This is mostly peaceful shooting blindfolded people in the back of the head at point blank range.

If you don’t support this sort of thing you must be a Nazi.

Columbia university Hamas supporters must be SO happy! It’s a great day for the Ivy League!

Hamasholes gotta Hamashole.

I have to think that both we and Israel knew this was going to happen. Hamas has never been shy about the consequences to those who defied them in Gaza in any way. It makes me wonder whether a) we’re okay with this and b) if we’re not, why we didn’t make protecting these people part of the deal.

The lefts hatred of Jews means this will be ignored.

Free Palestine !

To murder people.

Including apparently Mr FAFO. Who seems to have been an idiot more than anything.

Mamdani’s wife is in morning. She loved Mr. FAFO. You just can’t make this shiest up. Reality is stranger than fiction.

And now it is made very plain who was committing the atrocities the entire time. This is literally the people there getting what they voted for

Barbaric! Trump and the region’s governing council needs to quickly get control of Gaza.

Now that there are no more living hostages it is time to flood the tunnels with sea water. No more underground safe places for hamas to hide in and hide munitions in.

In the Vietnam war, the US owned the air, but the North Vietnamese had extensive tunnel networks. The 2000 pound bombs dropped by B-52’s could not do enough damage to the tunnel networks. But perhaps in the relatively smaller area of Gaza, flooding the tunnel networks could make them unusable. To extent the tunnels are interconnected then it would work that much better.

Turns out, slightly less than 100% of “gaza citizens” are zealous Hamas supporters.

Hamas is now in process of getting that % up to the full 100%.

Notice the deafening silence on this from literally everyone on the Left. Not a peep from the UN, ICC, or any NGO’s. They’re all perfectly fine with these executions.

Jared in reply to Aarradin. | October 15, 2025 at 1:34 pm

ICC nor UN don’t even claim jurisdiction over fake governments. They don’t “bring to justice” entities such as HAMAS/Palestine. Nor do they round-up Crypts, Bloods, MS-13, KKK, ISIL, Al-Qaida nor Black Panthers.

Genocide?

Does anyone know what that word means anymore?
