NY Post Op-ed: Colleges Boost Illegal Immigrant Students
And put Americans second
Last week, the New York Post published an opinion editorial highlighting our latest research at Criticalrace.org.
Our research found that many of our top schools provide tuition benefits to illegal immigrant students that they do not provide to American students. This research is a continuation of our previous research which looked at the concerning overinflated international graduate student populations at our most prestigious institutions.
Many states have had their own versions of a Dream Act — legislation that provided in-state tuition to illegal students and have for decades. But not anymore. Since this summer, Trump’s DOJ has sued five states over their Dream Acts which they contend (and I agree) ultimately discriminate against American born students.
From the op-ed:
Trump is intent on putting an end to (at least some) discrimination against US citizens, 25 years after state-level DREAM Acts gave illegal-immigrant students a leg up.
Yet private colleges and universities have apparently not gotten the memo.
In recent years, the dramatic increase in international students has effectively eroded the core and character of our greatest educational institutions.
The international student population has ballooned such that one out of every three students attending our universities today is a first- or second-generation immigrant, or an international student.
Over 19 million such students are now attending our universities, with more than half a million of them undocumented.
Our research at the Legal Insurrection Foundation’s Criticalrace.org revealed that international graduate students at our major universities have outpaced Americans — in many cases, to the detriment of American-born minorities.
So we decided to dig deeper.
We found that every one of America’s 10 highest-ranked universities offer support programs designed to provide extensive financial assistance and legal help to undocumented students.
Not that I’m biased, but I think it’s worth the full read. And you can find that here. There seems to be consensus across this administration that discriminating against Americans is no longer tolerable. And I’m here for it.
As with the rest of the Legal Insurrection Foundation, our CRT research team is very busy researching and digging into what’s happening in higher education.

Just one more taxpayer subsidized treat for illegals.
@#@*& Democrats!
Any alumnus who donates to these leftist indoctrination institutions is a fool at best, complicit at worse.
the lazy american population has allowed the overtaking by the enemy
we must not now be lazy like that ever again
Why aren’t “international” students required to have real student visa on file with the university?
Money, money, money,…….. money, money.
This seems just another tool toward the balkanization of the US. And once here there is little incentive for them to return to country of origin and get to work solving their home country’s problems. Perhaps the educational visit should be tied to them returning to their country of origin for say 5 years before they can be eligible to apply for citizenship in the US.
20 years ago, I had a housemate who was an English Rheumatologist doing research in the US (LA) . He had to leave after a time – I’m sure he had a termed VISA, but he was clear as a Doctor he was singled out and the AMA has a hand in it. Back then.
