Female Track Athlete Poses on First Place Podium After Losing to Male Athlete
Reese Hogan is the real champion.
The audience erupted when Reese Hogan posed for pictures on the first-place podium after the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) Southern Section Finals.
That’s because Hogan won the triple jump…not the male athlete from Jurupa Valley who defeated her by four feet.
FOUR. FEET.
The male also won in the long jump.
Hogan’s 37 feet, 2 inches is a personal record and a Crean Lutheran High School record.
But the male’s performance means he “qualifies for the CIF Southern Section Masters Meet held on May 24.”
When the boy got off the podium, she assumed her rightful spot as champion. The crowd erupts with applause.

CIF made Hogan and her friends remove “Protect Girls Sports” shirts last week:
She alleged that officials made them feel that if they did not take off their shirts, then they would be disqualified from the event.
“It wasn’t said, but it was implied that if I didn’t take my shirt off then and there, then something could potentially happen to my spot, it wasn’t said, but it was implied,” Hogan said. “Throughout the day it was kind of getting a little bit more stricter… getting a little bit more hostile with their voices… they never said anything about getting disqualified, but it was kind of implied by the tone of their voice and the way that they said things.”

The question I ask my well meaning leftist friends is: If “trans” people are actually the sex they “choose”, why don’t we have a plethora of biological females competing and dominating in men’s sports?
I get confused, I think a “trans man” would be a woman that identifies as a man? With that definition, where are the trans men in the NBA?

Actually, whenever you see the word “transgender,” you should substitute the word “Fake.”

This madness has to stop. I was sickened to learn that three boys in Virginia (Louden County) are under a Title IX investigation because they expressed unease at have to share a locker room with a girl pretending to be a boy. It’s insane.
Sadly the geniuses on SCOTUS have determined that transgender is a protected sexual orientation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. (Bostock v Clayton County)
I’ve been thinking a lot about Bostock of late. In fact, I reared the entire opinion, dissent and all. If five Justices (including the Bostock author) wanted to, they could easily find that this transgender business is a violation of Title IX and in no way contradictory to Bostock. Bostock would be applicable if a school kept a trans-girl (a biological male pretending to be a girl) from participating in BOYS athletics. There’s nothing in Bostock that directly compels schools to allow this trans-sex participation whereas there is ample statutory law (passed AFTER 1964) that compels schools to fund FEMALE sports to the same degree they fund male sports.
With competing Circuit Court decisions already on the books, SCOTUS is going to have to intervene sooner rather than later.
As I understand Bostock it has nothing to do with “protecting” transgenderism. It simply says that under Title 7 you can’t treat male employees differently from female employees. You can’t fire a male employee because he likes men, unless you would also fire a female employee for liking men. You can’t fire a male employee for dressing and presenting himself as a woman, unless you would fire a female employee for dressing and presenting herself as a woman. What the man calls himself is simply not relevant to the decision.
None of this has any connection to Title 9, which requires you to treat male and female students differently by providing female students with their own sport opportunities.
Note: I haven’t actually read the decision, and you have, so please correct me if I’ve misunderstood.
It’s ridiculous to refer to the ramblings of judges and minutia of federal statutes, and cynical arguments about fake “rights” if the outcome is to support the gross lie of “transgenderism” and its complete extinguishment of women’s true rights. Judges might just as well declare that rape is a “social event,” and sticking up the local convenience store is a “financial transaction.” All normal people would recognize that as lies too.
OK, Dad, you clearly haven’t read the decision, and have no idea what it’s about. Gorsuch does not ramble. His decisions, whether right or wrong, are always well thought out. I have given my understanding of what it was the court held in that case; TargaGTS, or anyone else who has read it, may correct me. Someone who hasn’t read it, or even anything about it, has nothing to offer.
I think this is correct. This is why I think if there was a transgender ‘girl’ (a boy pretending to be a girl), a school couldn’t foreclose that person from playing on the boy’s team, in accordance to the decision set forth in Bostock. But, Bostock wouldn’t inform their opinion on maintaining sports sex segregation in sports (as regulated by Title IX).

Honestly- I’m a little disappointed more males don’t switch over and compete with the trannies just to level the playing field and rough the fakers up while wearing a “protect girls sports shirt”—- and graciously say to the media what an absolute spectacle this is AND to keep the freako pervs off the top spot on the podium.
It’s not a perfect solution, but women athletes need to stop competing with misogynist and malignantly narcissistic male trannies. By competing in these events, they are lending — however unintentionally — legitimacy to the proceedings.
If a sporting event is transparently rigged, the best response by athletes is to refrain from participating, until the situation is rectified.
Not really a solution. If women decline to compete, many still will. You won’t notice the one missing, and the woman just never gets a spot at all. The strategy only works if all women do this (or at least, more than a majority).
Here’s what a sufficient number of boys at any school can do – declare themselves “female” and try out en masse for all the girls’ teams, effectively making the girls’ teams all male. The absurdity and injustice would be turned up to “10” and would be difficult to ignore.
I too am awaiting this. The reality is that any good boys high school basketball team could demolish any WNBA team. When enough Juwanna Manns invade the WNBA, folks will take notice.
The girls and their parents need to hold alternate meets
Right, maybe they could go so far as convincing the high school athletics association to sponsor a separate class only for female athletes. This could really catch on, perhaps club sports and even college sports could offer gender segregated athletics divisions.
Another athletic league and the schools participating in it—all these adults—betraying the female athletes. And acting like a filthy Stasi to enforce the official state policy that men who declare themselves women are women. What’s the difference between this oppressive nonsense and the Nazi’s unscientific insistence that Aryan blood is superior to that of other races? The introduction of these narcissistic fake women into female sports isn’t about civil rights, because the women’s rights clearly are 100% sacrificed to accommodate the fake’s ego.
Every time one of these POS males comes up (a track meet, swim, whatever), once the gun sounds let it go, ladies, just stop. Let it have the participation trophy it doesn’t deserve, and don’t dignify what what’s being done with your participation.

The progressives will intimidate and retaliate regardless of public opinion because they insist that they are morally superior. The only way to stop them is to remove them from positions of power, and that won’t happen until those subjected to their insanity resist and escalate the public outrage to the point that they no longer can generate enough intimidation to silence opposition. We are getting closer to that, but some places are further than others.
