Dr. Zeke Emanuel: Biden ‘Probably had’ Prostate Cancer ‘at the Start of His Presidency in 2021’

Dr. Zeke Emanuel: Biden ‘Probably had’ Prostate Cancer ‘at the Start of His Presidency in 2021’

“And again, the evidence is look at President Obama, President Bush, younger than President Biden, and they both got the test [prostate cancer blood test].”

We might have another former President Joe Biden health cover-up because the cognitive decline wasn’t bad enough.

Biden’s office announced he has aggressive prostate cancer that has already spread to his bones.

You mean to tell me the most powerful man in office for four years with access to the best medical personnel, did not find any problems?

This is not an early case of prostate cancer. It hardly ever happens that doctors find such an advanced stage of prostate cancer in a patient for an initial diagnosis.

You don’t even have to have an invasive exam to detect prostate cancer. A simple Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) Test detects early signs of prostate cancer by measuring the PSA, a prostate produced by the prostate gland, in the blood.

Dr. Zeke Emanuel, who worked on Biden’s Transition COVID Task Force and as an Obama advisor, told Morning Joe that Biden likely had the cancer when he took office in 2021:

SCARBOROUGH: You believe it is likely, if this prostate cancer has spread to the bone, that he could have had it for up to a decade, but certainly it’s likely. Would it be fair to say it’s likely to have had this for at least several years?

EMANUEL: Oh, more than several years. You don’t get prostate cancer…

SCARBOROUGH: Again, I just want to stop You. This is not speculation. If you have prostate cancer that is spread to the bone, then he most certainly, you were saying had it when he was president of the United States.

EMANUEL: Oh, yeah. He did not develop it in the last 100-200 days. He had it while he was president. He probably had it at the start of his presidency in 2021. Yes. I don’t think there’s any disagreement about that.

SCARBOROUGH: I’m just curious again. If you’re the doctor to president of the United States that is a male, that is an older man, would a prostate test, and again, we’re just talking about a PSA screening, a blood test that you could do along with all the other blood tests. It’s not even that it would be intrusive. Would this not be one of the first tests that you would conduct as a White House doctor?

EMANUEL: If you’re a white House doctor in this situation I think you would certainly discuss it with the president and talk about the pros and cons. I think if you then ask, if President Biden says, well, if I’m your father, which patients often do, what would you recommend? I think the fact is that most White House doctors would recommend getting the test. And again, the evidence is look at President Obama, President Bush, younger than President Biden, and they both got the test.

Men should start prostate cancer screening at the age of 55. However, if you have prostate cancer history in your family, doctors recommend the PSA test starting at the age of 40.

I found guidance that recommends that testing stops at the age of 70.

HOWEVER! Holding the office of President of the United States of America you would think doctors would check the president for every single medical issue, especially cancer.

My friend Amy had a great point. Biden is a victim here (not a sympathetic one) but still. The people around him committed elder abuse.

The cognitive decline coverup was bad enough. But if Biden had cancer this whole time…how dare they. Not only did they risk Biden’s well being but the entire country.

Scott Adams says it’s highly variable how long stuff takes, so it’s an idle speculation. It takes however long it takes.

Dude, Emanuel is an ONCOLOGIST. It’s not ‘idle speculation.’ It’s his very informed professional opinion. Prostate Cancer is one of the most researched, best understood of all cancers. There is ZERO chance he hasn’t had this for years, perhaps as long as a decade. More importantly, the president’s physicians are military doctors. The DoD standard of care is routine prostate screening for any male over the age of 45. It’s 40 for members who have some family history of prostate cancer or personal cancer history…as Biden did. There is also ZERO chance the president’s physicians deviated from the standard of care set forth by DoD policy. They screened him. They detected it. Bidens’ medical records (particularly the clinical report from the annual physical) are the only medical records of presidents since Carter that weren’t accessible while he was president. Res ipsa loquitur.

Is that the same doctor Ezekiel Emanuel who basically said Obamacare was possible because the American people are stupid?

    diver64 in reply to rhhardin. | May 19, 2025 at 11:29 am

It is not that variable. You don’t suddenly show up with advanced prostate cancer in a few months. They all knew and didn’t care. Biden was just a figurehead to them and didn’t run anything. Doesn’t it seem strange this news suddenly comes out of nowhere right when stories about Biden’s frailty seem to be gaining steam and Tapper has a book coming out? Almost like it was released to stop people from talking about it and get the sympathy thing going.

Dolce Far Niente in reply to rhhardin. | May 19, 2025 at 11:30 am

The eminent oncologist Scott Adams is your source?

Of course its POSSIBLE that Biden has an extremely rare and fast-growing prostate cancer; it is, however, far more likely that his is (if cancer it is) the much more common kind that takes years to get to this stage and is highly treatable.

Of course, its just as likely that this cancer story is all lies, partly lies or mostly lies. What we safely rule out is that it is the plain truth.

ztakddot in reply to Dolce Far Niente. | May 19, 2025 at 5:33 pm

Adams has the same prostate cancer as Biden.

Edward in reply to ztakddot. | May 19, 2025 at 9:29 pm

And he is likely pretty knowledgeable about his situation, particularly given he states he has been told he probably won’t survive through the summer. But that still doesn’t make him an oncologist. He supports self determination of ending his life, something which painful cancer brings to the patient’s mind and he states the bone sited cancer is very painful. My cancer was caught very early and I never had to seriously contemplate the issue, but even then it did occur to me. Thankfully I never came close to the issue.

    steves59 in reply to rhhardin. | May 19, 2025 at 2:19 pm

Dude. You know as much about prostate cancer as you do about the Holocaust.
    Which is nothing at all.

Biden is one of the most deranged, debauched, garbage politicians of the modern age, and I have ZERO f**ks to give about this man. I pray he comes to Jesus before his eventual, horrible demise, but I have ZERO f**ks left to give about this man. None.

Wife and I were talking about this at breakfast. Biden would get some sympathy if he hadn’t spent the last few decades being one of the most arrogant, corrupt, venal, nasty and vindictive people in politics. I wouldn’t wish cancer on anyone but I have no feelings about a man who did his best trying to destroy this country and called those of us who objected garbage, Nazi’s and traitors. Screw him

Victim? He went along with his Puppet Presidency because it was his lifelong dream.

According to Dr. Zeke Emanuel we should have withdrawn medical care from Joe Biden at age 75 so why does he care about any diagnosis of Joe. Zeke is one of the most scummy people on the Dem side of the aisle and I don’t care what he has to say about anything.

Again, discounting the possibility this is a turbo cancer, which, along with accelerated dementia, is a potential adverse effect of mRNA vaxxes.

As a member of Biden’s COVID Task Force, I can probably safely assume that Dr. Emmanuel is a member of the establishment. He may be motivated by a desire to shut down any consideration that the mRNA jab had anything to do with Joe’s condition. Although he may be correct, why should we trust what he has to say, even when what he’s saying about the usual course of prostate cancer is admitted to be accurate?

    diver64 in reply to DaveGinOly. | May 20, 2025 at 5:58 am

I’m not sure that would be correct. I doubt the mRNA gene therapy caused the cancer. It is more likely that he was diagnosed with it years ago, the doctor told him and everyone including DR JILL decided to keep it quiet. The doctor couldn’t say anything and just treated him quietly for it. Now it’s too advanced to ignore. The timing of the announcement hot on the heels of Tapper’s book and staffers starting to talk is just another example of people surrounding him attempting to manipulate the situation for their benefit,

Another day ending in the letter “y;” another revelation of deceit from the vile, perennially prevaricating and mendacious Dhimmi-crats.

They said that Biden’s prostate cancer is hormone sensitive. Therefore it would respond to hormone therapy aimed to block testosterone which Biden has probably been receiving for several years. This would account for his weakness and his many falls.

TargaGTS in reply to Paula. | May 19, 2025 at 1:28 pm

My wife (a physician) said that if he was receiving hormone treatments, that could account for some of his ‘brain fog.’ Cognitive impairment is a very common side-effect of the medications that are used to treat this specific kind of prostate cancer, particularly in men his age. Apparently, it’s not uncommon for men (of his age) with this diagnosis to elect not to take these hormone therapies….because dementia.

ztakddot in reply to Paula. | May 19, 2025 at 5:35 pm

Hormones eh? Are we on the verge of a transBiden?? Will KBJ be able to recognize the difference? Will Biden start sniffing his own hair?

I get a PSA test every year as part of my annual exam. No muss and no fuss.

dr jill should be sued for malpractice.

    diver64 in reply to ztakddot. | May 20, 2025 at 6:00 am

I’m over 60 and have never had one. When I asked about it and a colonoscopy which I also have never had, the doctor said they really were not recommended anymore unless there were symptoms of something going on.

IMO the combination of the concealed dementia and now the possibly concealed prostate cancer is clearly a national security issue. Can his medical records be obtained on those grounds, or testimony from treating doctors, despite HIPAA?

    DaveGinOly in reply to jb4. | May 19, 2025 at 2:05 pm

HIPAA only prevents the unauthorized disclosure of personal medical information by those who have an obligation to maintain the patient’s privacy. It is not a blanket requirement for everyone to withhold all personal medical information under all circumstances.

National security and public interest, to say nothing of the fact that a medical exam of the POTUS is conducted with taxpayer money, should be sufficient to pry open Biden’s medical records.

Annual physical includes blood test for PSA for men over 50 y/o (or is it 45 now?). Test cost less than $100?

Prostate cancer is very slow growing. PSA number starts creeping up year by year. Really not possible to be caught by surprise with late stage 5.

They have known for last 4 years, and have been covering it up.

McGehee 🇺🇲 | May 19, 2025 at 2:53 pm

To a certain extent this is an admission against interest, given that Zeke’s brother is Rahm Emmanuel, and Zeke was involved in the Biden regime’s COVID response.

Apparently, the government pension for incompetence extends even to the medical care provided to our commander in chief. Isn’t that comforting?

JackinSilverSpring | May 19, 2025 at 3:43 pm

As someone has already asked: what did the White House know, and when did it know it? To have kept this a secret from the American people is beyond forgiving.

Looking at it another way, if prostate cancer can metastasize to the bone in 100 days shouldn’t the recommended screening be every week?

The PSA test is a lousy one in that it has a false positive rate of about 2/3. Many doctors will advise a biopsy when PSA > 3. About 2/3 of those biopsies will be negative. The higher you set the PSA level to trigger a biopsy, the lower the false positive rate. So why 3? That gives a false negative rate of about 5%. A false negative is a lawsuit while a false positive is good news for the patient. If the biopsy is positive then doctors will treat the patient with one of a variety of techniques including removal of the prostate. I’m not up on the latest treatments.

Doctors also look at how fast the PSA changes which they call the “velocity.” My own PSA has been very variable and has been as high as 15, but generally runs half that. I’ve had three negative biopsies. My info on this subject is old as my PSA starting climbing 25 years ago. I have found math errors on PSA testing in the appendix of a major medical book. I sent an email to the author which he ignored. The current edition of the same book has no appendix.

Most prostate cancers are slow growing. There is one very aggressive type that will kill you in a year, but they are rare. Most men who die of prostate cancer didn’t get any testing or treatment. What’s going on with Biden is a puzzle. He must have had regular tests, and would have been treated. Perhaps he has a rare type that suddenly appears and grows quickly. Wait for someone who is expert on this subject and not compromised by politics.

Presidents tend to keep their medical problems secret. Grover Cleveland had some kind of mouth or jaw cancer, and insisted his doctors perform the surgery on a boat. His condition got out anyway. FDR had serious medical problems which he and his doctors kept secret. His systolic blood pressure was 250! All his medical records were kept in a safe at Bethesda Naval hospital, and they disappeared after he died. Only the Admiral had access. His doctor was an ENT which is a tip off that he was selected to keep everything secret. The president’s primary physician should be an internist who refers the president to the appropriate specialists. JFK also had serious medical problems which were kept secret. Addisons Disease for one. His doctor gave him high doses of cortisone which decalcified his bones.

DEI medicine. Treat a prostate problem with an appendectomy.

Gremlin1974 | May 19, 2025 at 6:21 pm

My question is since it is an aggressive metastatic cancer, could it have gotten to his brain and caused his mental decline?

henrybowman | May 19, 2025 at 7:55 pm

Great comment from elsewhere:

“Alex Berenson’s money quote on this: “As with Covid, the propaganda is not so much Orwellian in its ferocity and effort to intimidae as late-Soviet in its contempt for the intelligence of its audience. We have gone from kids will be fine without in-person schooling, and mRNA is a miracle cure, to a man with unlimited access to the world’s best medical care wound up with cancer in his bones before anyone noticed.”

Jaundiced Observer | May 20, 2025 at 11:37 am

Revealing that POTUS has prostate cancer *might* be a national security issue. Keeping it secret doesn’t seem to be.

Dean Robinson in reply to Jaundiced Observer. | May 21, 2025 at 1:28 pm

Actually, withholding evidence of a serious medical condition that could result in brain dysfunction either from side effects of treatment or metastasis is a violation of national security. If Biden had a pilot’s license and withheld this information from his FAA Medical then he would get his license permanently pulled. If he did reveal it and the examiner chose not to act on it then he would be fired. The purpose of these regulations is to protect the public from placing their trust in someone who might place them at risk due to a physical malfunction. Why should POTUS be exempted?
