There is something bigger! Why would the FBI demand that local police in TN release Garcia from a traffic stop and why is Garcia the hill on which Dems want to die? He was transporting illegals from the border to the east coast, was it at the behest of the Biden Administration? MS 13 originated in Los Angeles. Hispanic American gangs have a long history of utilizing american symbols in their tattoos and communications. The MS-13 creep has been judged deportable by immigration judges at trial and on appeal. Both believed the government had adequate evidence to connect him to the gang. He’s an admitted illegal alien. That two immigration “judges” believed the government evidence means very little. The facts as they have been made public so far do not support that conclusion, and the only real judge to look at the case says she’s seen no such evidence.
But regardless of that, his deportation was definitely by mistake, and was definitely illegal — the government admitted that, and the Supreme Court affirmed it.

But, instead he made what may turn out to be a brilliant move. Bukele’s prisoner, not dressed in the white outfits and allowed to dine with the Senator may not enjoy such comforts for long. Anyway, the pic of Van Hallen dining with an MS13 member will surface again if Van Hallen aspires to higher office.
